I ordered 2 closet doors @ 4:45 on 11/10/21 from this Home Depot, about an hour later I called to check if the order was ready & customer service got through to the store and confirmed that the order is ready to be picked up. I get to the store and parked at curbside pickup (there was only 1 spot available, the other 3 spots were taken up by cars with no driver inside and were never moved for over the hour I was there). I called the store 5 times and no one ever picked up so I had to call customer service again & they got through and were told that they’d be out soon to load my order. About 10 minutes later a young female employee comes out to inform me that curbside pickup ended at 6:00 but she’ll find someone to load my order for me. I have been remodeling my home for a few months now and have done curbside pickup at Home Depot a few times, not once have I been told or have seen online that curbside pickup is only available within certain hours nor was I informed in the confirmation email. 20 minutes go by so I decide to go inside the store to see what’s taking so long and the same employee informs me that they only found one of the doors and had someone looking for a pallet in the back to grab another one. I asked how much longer it would take and she said she didn’t know so I just went back to my car and waited for at least 20 more minutes. The whole time I was waiting outside there were employees playing around in the parking lot while collecting carts and with their phones out in front of the entrance doors. I decided to call customer service to see what could be done for me since the situation was so ridiculous. I told them that I called customer service TWICE and they were told by the store that my order was ready each time, I even asked if they could check if the store wanted me to park at contractor pickup to make it easier on them. Not once in both of those calls did the store tell customer service to inform me that curbside pickup ended at 6:00 AND the representative even confirmed that was a lie. I do not appreciate being lied to about curbside pickup nor that my order was ready when they had JUST BEGAN looking for the items when I arrived. I waited for AT LEAST an HOUR AND A HALF for an order of 2 CLOSET DOORS. This store has horrible communication, customer service, and LIED TO A CUSTOMER so they wouldn’t look bad. I went to buy fertilizer, there was a man who had walked in with a storage bin and was asking how to return it, there were 2 girls standing at 1 register and they both completely ignored him. Finally he asked if he should go to the customer service desk and they simply said yes. Once it was my turn to check out, one girl left for break or for the day, I don’t know which and the girl that stayed to check me out did not say one single word to me during the entire transaction. ZERO customer service skills and 100% unfriendly, unwelcoming.
Well my review started out with a 5 but has suddenly qualified for a 0; however, I am going on o stick with the 5 because I’m not going to allow the lack of good management dampen a nice young fella making a difference. I went to Home Depot and had to purchase several large bags of mulch and soil as well as several retainer wall stones for a garden bed. I took my cart to my car and within a couple of minutes a nice young man that was watering plant came right over and offered to help me load my car. I immediately tried to say I could take care of it because I’m stubborn and never really ask for help yet being a nice young gentleman he asked again and commented it was a lot of bags so I accepted his help. I did not catch his name but I wanted him to know that I appreciate him helping and being a wonderful young man. The downfall was when I attempted to call the store manager for the last 10 minutes to give him a compliment and apparently no one likes to take...

Had horrible customer experience compare to any other Home Depot rentals. Staff donot have basic knowledge about truck rentals and if I ask, any question they say DON'T KNOW.
Didn't even check gas check and cargo van and said, NO SCRATCHES AND ETC. When they executed contract and went to look at truck before take out, windshield was broken and when I reach out to them; said will take a picture and should be OK and asked about 10-15mins wasted due to this and say d, adjust when returning the van.
But when I return the Cargo van after 2hour 53minutes; they charged me ~$73 and I asked why is it $73 as it should be prorated as per sheet but the lady couldn't able to elaborate the charges and keep on saying "I DON'T KNOW" and stared saying "DON'T YELL AT ME" which I wasn't and she started saying this because she don't have answers to my questions.
Then I asked to call Manager and she called someone who was the same lady checked vehicle earlier and marked no issues as there is windshield broke, started saying YOU HAVE TO PAY ~$73 and I was OK to pay but asked why is it that much should be less than that. As she even don't know and makes me to pay that amount by saying YOU HAVE TO PAY...YOU HAVE TO PAY...SYSTEM IS SHOWING AND YOU HAVE TO PAY...
It is an irritated and horrible experience Home Depot at this location. I would highly request management to talk and please please help customers to best or at least better...
