Panda Express — Restaurant in Irving

Well I am sitting here after eating my lunch and I am still very hungry not only has this place raised the price of a plate meal they now are evidently told to be extremely very stingy with everything. This happened last time I went there and 2 different people served me so now I am thinking they get profit sharing cut on how little food they can get away with giving and get a cut on their paycheck. I use to eat here and was really stuffed and would have never thought about writing anything negative but over the last 6 months this store has really went down hill. Next would be they never have any items cooked come on man it's lunch time how do you run out of anything you do this every day you know how many customer's will be there between 12 am 2 pm and what they order every day make your bowls that you have food in bigger so you do not run out as fast cook a little more of each item especially the top items that are always out. Whoever the manager is should be ashamed that they have not resolved this long long ago come on man care about your position just a little bit more. I come to this facility to pick up a door dash order and also grab a bite to eat. The young lady named Michelle that was on the register told me it's going to be a minute because the meat isn't ready, so I proceeded to eat my food while waiting on my order I noticed she never called me for my order so I went up there after 15 minutes to ask about my order and she ignored me and proceeded to work on other customer orders that just walked in the door and skip over my order over and over now it's 20-25 minutes and I was ignored so I called door dash to tell them what is going on and so they can also call the customer and tell them what is going on with there order. When she heard me talking to the Door dash representative then she proceeds to make my order and then asks the young lady in the back to help her with the order. There was no manager in sight I also called to talk to a manager and no one picked up just a bunch of kids with no supervision, and lack of customer service experience this was beyond unacceptable. I will be calling corporate to let them know what happened today I will no longer be ordering or be doing any delivery from this establishment. Hope they can retrain Michelle on customer service and speed and have management on site on weekends not only...

Went into the store to order. We were told we needed masks to be inside. We said even after the governor revoked that? The girl said yes in a very snotty manner. We said ok and went to the drive through. We were not offered a mask. We decided to test the customer service and my husband started ordering, but slowly. He asked the girl to recommend something and she started listing the entire menu. The girl got impatient and said "look we do have a line so you need to hurry up". At this point I started laughing because i was genuinely shocked by the rudeness of the staff. We were told it would be 10 minute wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes. When the girl brought out our food she thought it was appropriate to berate us. I tried to explain to her. She decided to argue and imsisted that we were offered masks. This conversation lasted an additional 7 minutes. All the while she would not hand over my food. I finally got fed up with this childs attitude and told her to hand me my food so i could go home. She loosely held it out with a snide grin. I got home and all of my food was cold and undercooked. This is ridiculous. Do better and teach your employees not to be rude.
