Gorgeous Nails — Local services in Irving

Very disappointed in this salon. I do not recommend this place at all. I got my previous gel nail polish removed and the lady was very, very rough with my nails, which was not a great start. I was not asked to wash my hands after she had finished the removal of my previous polish and buff, which resulted in nail stuff being in my manicure as she went straight to painting. In the end my nails felt like I had just painted them myself, and felt bendy and brittle instead of strong and durable like they usually feel with a gel manicure. I got my nails done on Wednesday 7/27 and by Friday 7/29, one of my nails had already chipped, by Sunday 7/31 four of my nails had chipped in various places and from then on it just got worse. The manicure in a whole didn't even last a week, when they usually last at least 3 weeks. The salon is 40 minutes from my house and traffic makes the commute even worse so I did not go to try and get my nails fixed. I went with a friend who got a fill for her acrylic nails, they charged her an extra $5 to make her nails more coffin shaped than they were... Both of her thumb nails had lifted by Friday (7/29), and more nails lifted after that. Highly recommend choosing any salon...

I was come here all the time, even when I moved away from Irving. I appreciate their attention to detail and voicing how much the service is before performing so there is no surprises!! I recently went to get my toes done before my baby shower. It wasn’t packed. My service was $50, as I got a French tip. My left big toe was curved slightly off and I didn’t have time to have her fix her. She didn’t rush but I can notice it. But I still TIPPED $3, making my total $53. I got a notification later that they changed my tip to $8 instead!!! Imagine trusting someone with your bank information and they turn around and take what they want !!!! I was going to up there but I’m going to let the $5 go however I’m super disappointed in this type of behavior and will not ever return. EVERYONE PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS SHADY STEALING...

I usually come here and they do a good job but today it was terrible. I had to wait a long time for the pedicure and when they finally did it the lady helping me her name is mai I think, she did not file the calluses. What's the purpose of a manicure if all they are going to do is soak your feet af paint the toenails, I cand do that at home. Tge manicure all she did, she cut the cuticle which I paid extra for it. She painted and said I was done. Not even a hand lotion on my hands, sje did not pushed the cuticle back. She skipped many little details that for me is the reason of paying for a manicure.
