Responding to Bessy Umana’s review. Hi! It’s very unfortunate how things played out last night. As a business owner you know some things are out of your control and things can get out of hand at times! This incident has nothing to do with the business owner or her staff as it was one of your family members that started everything. I’m not going to go into details, but first a foremost a man should never put his hands on a woman, and your family member didn’t care to stop throwing punches and when I was trying to calm the situation he swung and hit me in the back of my head and knocked me down to the floor! He didn’t care that I was a woman, and I would consider that to be assault. As you were leaving the restaurant you made it a point to say that you were the owner of El Rincón Latino, which such behavior shows that you are okay with a man putting his hands on a woman. The situation quickly got out of hand, but I think Dora and her workers handled it very well. This is in no way their fault nor can you blame them for others actions. Another thing that I need to point out is that your family member made it very clear that he had a weapon and was going to shoot up the place as he was leaving. We should never promote violence and should stick together as we are all here trying to make a living. Again, I apologized to Dora, and Jackie for the incident but this is something that was totally out of their control. We love Reys and will continue to support them as we latinos are supposed to...

I don't know if it was just my experience but it was not great. My friend and I went during our lunch break which is an hour. They charge you for a chip refill only the first bowl is free. The salsa is super watery and has no flavor. Also, our Jack and coke was super water down, like if the coke was flat or something. Then out came our food; the fajita tacos were not good. The meat was room temp and the tortilla wasn't warmed up at all. My friends nachos came out and everything was wrong the "nachos". Then for the payment as we handed the waitress Eli our card she said" oh I'm sorry I forgot to mention, our card machine is down" we only accept cash." Say what now?! So she said if we didn't have cash we could go to the ATM at 711 and take out cash or leave our card info so they can charge the card tomorrow. UM NO!! The manager was super rude not help at all. Horrible establishment! This is not a sports bar went to watch the fight as well as the soccer game & their treating it as if it was a night club playing loud clubbing music as the fight is happening which is crazy don’t promote “sport bar” in your name if it’s NOT a sports bar, let’s not begin with the service, an older lady maybe the owner not sure just plain rude mind you she comes to the table after we closed out our FIRST tab demanding a tip which we were planning to leave cash tip once we left because the night was bearly getting started so i found it very weird that she came to our table to demand us to tip, something which is optional!!! depending the service which was horrible ! we still decided to tip something at the end of the night, Food is okay could’ve been worse, margaritas are terrible!
