O6/22/24: Thank you for an excellent experience! We came for an early dinner and we were not disappointed. Although there was a good crowd , it was still fast service and absolutely delicious food! Super server Andrew kept us will informed and made sure of who's there on time. Thank you for the good steak, broccoli ,and of course ...those incredible dinner rolls!

01/19/23. Stellar service from Server Ryan & delicious food ...a great combination. Thank you to the staff at Texas Roadhouse in Irving. I finally cashed in my veterans meal certificate my wife ordered chicken portobello mushroom with vegetables and snake bites. Good news everything was tasty and wonderful. Bad news, I couldn't finish it? And yes, I really really want to finish the dinner. Oh well I guess we'll have three or four extra meals later with these leftovers.

10/16/23. We had an excellent visit . The best waiter that we've ever worked with,Dennis, made everything just right. From the world famous dinner rolls , to the addictive rattler bites, to the ribeye and baked potato, all served was fast. Thank you again to Super waiter Dennis, who anticipated all of our questions. Most importantly, all of the food was delicious. An excellent visit again!

8/26/23....minutes later....Floor manager -Alicia saves the Day! She came by on a routine check. We showed her the Flat Dinner Rolls(bad). She was in shock and quickly brought back proper dinner rolls! In general, I love fresh bread! Our server Kimi was nice and sweet. And yes, the overall dinner amazing as always!

8/26/23. Why do you have to change a good thing? We used to brag about your dinner rolls. With today's dinner rolls, that will never happen again. :(. These generals are flat and a fraction of what they used to be. Taste wise they're okay. Please note, with respect to dinner rolls... "size matters."

Read moreI went to dine at this location after a long week at work and school. We arrived at 6:30 pm and had been quoted a 30-45 minute wait time on the app. At 7:45 I approached the hostess stand and asked how much longer. I was told that it would be about another 10 minutes. I waited the 10 more minutes then asked for a manger. I informed her of the situation and she apologized. We were seated quickly after that and waited on by a waitress in the back of the building. From the moment she walked up to our table the waitress had a standoffish personality. My daughter ordered a kids meal and my son and I ordered adult plates. When the drinks came to the table all the cups were in the same size of glasses. My daughter never was offered a refill so she only had the drink she was served to begin with. The serve was so slow and attitude was strong. After we ate I went to the kiosk to pay and I saw that I had been charged for my daughters drink. I brought it up to the waitress and she got really ugly stating that she served her in an adult glass. At this point I had been at this location since 6:30 and it was now AFTER 9pm. I got up to look for a manager and the waitress quickly approached me and asked if I needed help paying. I think she thought I was going to just walk out without paying however my son and daughter were still sitting in the booth. I went to the front to ask for a manger and was able to speak to one. I informed her that I was STILL there since earlier when I had first spoken to a manager about the long wait time. I informed her of the situation about the drink and how the waitress was rude to us. She asked me to wait one minute and then she went to the back. She returned and said that she was going to offer me a discount on my meal and that she did not want me to return to the booth or go back to the back where I was sitting as the waitress was now IRRATE. Read moreSo we had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT FIRST , UNTIL ROSE SAVED IT ! Biyaca or Bianca the host HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! Didn’t smile didn’t communicate. She gave us a hard time for no reason! Yes we understood that we were a big group, we did call before, we knew that we could not all sit together at one big table. They don’t do reservations. WE UNDERSTOOD! She tried to separate us to make it easy on herself. It was pretty empty! We came before peak hours just so we had chance to sit at least near each other. She had attitude the whole time talking to us, and was sitting everyone together expect for 5 people (same tables we ended up sitting and those people fit) Her manager told her it was possible she could of sat us there. EVEN THO SHE CLAIMED THAT SECTION HAD NO SERVERS (they did) So she got bigger attitude cause she didn’t like that she was in the wrong. She kept telling us to wait by the door we couldn’t sit when they told us our table was ready. When our other guest arrived, she yelled at them , and didn’t let them pass the host when they wanted to just say hi to the everyone plus the party that was separated. When I asked her for kid menus she looked at me up and down and than was like they are right there duh. Threw a table on the host stand that was sitting on the menus! (I don’t work there obviously did not know) she kept side eying us when we all sat down finally. HORRIBLE HOST! HORRIBLE she does not have good customer service at all! We ended up with two servers that had a table each. At the end Rose took over added our other party that got separated! GUESS WHAT FIT in two tables ! ROSE DID AN AMAZING JOB VERY NICE VERY GOOD AT HER JOB! She definitely turned our experience so much better! Rose made the situation that should have not been difficult to start with , the way it should have been from the start! We’re so grateful for Rose she deserves a good shout out !
