Food was excellent. The fajita's are lime butter based or marinated and you can taste the lime which makes them amazing. The enchilada's were excellent also! The tortillas are Next level folks. The corn is thick and soft, really good! The flour are huge and paper thin. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. We only tried the dinner stuff. We also had the puffy tacos which are deep fried corn tortilla taco 🌼 full size tacos not small Street style or round or anything. It's a real full sized taco that's been deep fried. The tres leches cake for desert was hearty and sweet... Very good. The service was severely lacking, not sure if it's because they are new? Still training? Lots of staff but it seemed to me like no one really knew what the other was doing except for a few keys guys who I'm assuming are management possibly from corporate or other locations trying to train the staff? We got about 3:45pm'ish... Restaurant was empty (customer wise) lots of open tables but they were either having a shift change or didn't want to seat us until AFTER 4pm when the lunch menu was over? Not sure? The waitress and waiter(S) that assisted each other seemed a bit lost on questions about the menu and really took a while to bring items we requested (straws for example took 4-5 mins to get after drinks were served to the table) I'm willing to forgive the bad service because the food was so good, but a large group would absolutely be overwhelming for them at this stage. I'm hopeful the servers will get it together. Prices are about average for this type of restaurant. Enchilada dinner about $14, fajita's about $50 a pound. Tacos about $3 each, desert about $7.... No surprise on the prices. Management was very attentive coming by often to make sure everything was OK and we were satisfied which I quite liked. We didn't complain about the service even when we had complaints. Here's my advice for anyone considering eating here. Try it, the food is very good. The service may frustrate you, but be patient because the food is worth the mediocre (borderline bad) service.

How long does it take you and your partner to find a new restaurant to try? Well, it took me and my lady an hour and a half before we settled on this spot...lol We're getting better! We wanted nachos and drinks but unfortunately couldn't find a spot for nachos, so we decided to come here. I like the food, atmosphere, and customer service, but babii them prices are ridiculous. Two margaritas, one chicken quesadilla, and one fajita steak burrito $66.00 dollars before tip. My burrito alone was $21.00, I know the restaurant industry has seen an inflation increase, but Holy Moses!!! The chicken quesadilla had a fantastic flavor, but the kitchen was extremely stingy with the meat and cheese filling. The tortilla was huge, with most of the filling in the center. Leaving the edge of the quesadilla, mostly bread. My burrito was delicious. However, after I asked the waitress the size difference between the original and the fajita, she honestly explained, there was no size difference, just the price difference. All the burritos are the same size. Mine was smaller because I opted for no lettuce, which made it much smaller in size. I appreciated her honesty as a consumer, which let me know if I hadn't requested no lettuce, my meat portion would have been smaller than what I received. In my opinion, this spot is an upscale establishment where you pay for the ambiance. Because this same meal we could have purchased elsewhere for cheaper. It was an experience none the less, yes the food is delicious, just overpriced.

So I visited lupe tortilla on 3131 Regent Blvd so 1st off service was good BUT our waitress was rushing and must of heard me wrong bcuz I ordered fajitas for 1 with 2 setups bcuz we don't eat much while I'm playing softball. So I tell the waitress that I'm NOT paying $89 for her mistake and I said it nice and calmly. So her manager Lindsey comes out and I explained the story to her and she was like ok so I'll just take all the meat back and u can just pay for the 1/2 that y'all ate. I was like ok but we didn't even eat half a pound of meat so take the extra meat and leave me what I'm suppose to have. And then she's going to have the nerve to raise her voice while I was still being calm even thou I wanted to give her the same energy she was giving me but I remained calm and waiting for them to correct this issue. While I was waiting the waitress was cleaning off the table and she spilled the guacamole and etc and some got on me and I still remained calm. I still over paid and paid $64 but I'm not going to let them mess up my day. Y'all have a blessed day.

Been here twice. First time because I have two small children my father requested to the hostess if she could please seat us away from people as we didn't wanna bother them if the kids got up or were "loud" the hostess Blanca said in a very rude tone "oh well that's not going to happen". We stayed however which was our mistake the food was disgusting made feel like I was going to vomit. I didn't take more than 2 bites before I was like these enchiladas scream "diarrhea inducing" so I didn't finish it. There was a hair in my dad's beans. Our waiter was very inattentive and distracted. The manager we spoke to. Was very apologetic and super nice. She asked us to come back another day and she'd oversee our service. So we did a few weeks later. Well again it was the same hostess she sat us outside which we didn't want but she had already sat us here so we went ahead and complied. She then proceeded to stare at us and give dirty looks which caused us to feel very uncomfortable. My dad accidentally dropped his drink we asked for someone to please come by to clean it and the hostess made rude comments. And the person who came to clean took very long to come by. He was rude as well. My dad kept apologizing and saying thank you and he ignored him. So we asked to speak to a manager outside. We explained how we felt and the manager began to yell at my father who is disabled and has a heart condition. He was upset because we were asking him to please speak to her and let her know that it's not ok to continue to stare at someone and give rude comments. My dad told him he was letting him be aware so he could talk to her because my dad didn't want to have to tell her anything about how she was acting. And that's when Chris the manager began to yell at my dad and say you will not tell my employees anything and I will not either and then said we had to leave. My mom asked him to please not tell as he was embarrassing us and I have small children who were watching their grandpa be yelled at in public. She also let him know my dad's a heart patient and cannot have unnecessary stress he said to get out then. That they didn't want our business. So we left. We've never been more humiliated than that day....

"This was supposed to be a special evening for my grandparents and family, as they don't dine out often. Unfortunately, it turned into an incredibly awful experience.

The waitress's consistent rudeness and terrible attitude overshadowed what should have been a pleasant family gathering. From the beginning, she failed to properly explain the order, leading to my order being completely missed. When I politely brought this to her attention, instead of rectifying the situation, she complained and continued to exhibit unprofessional behavior.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I asked if she could fix my order. However, her negative attitude persisted, and she simply placed the incorrect plate on my table while the rest of my family waited for their correct plates. This action was not only rude but also deeply disappointing. As a paying customer, I believe I deserved to have my order corrected just like everyone else.

This experience has left a strong sense of dissatisfaction and has made me question whether I should ever return to this restaurant. The lack of proper service and the disrespectful behavior of the waitress have greatly impacted the overall impression of the establishment.

I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the ongoing issues with their staff's behavior and service quality. It is essential for the restaurant to prioritize customer experiences and ensure that incidents like mine are not repeated.

I wanted to share my experience here to inform other potential customers about the poor service I received. It's important for others to be aware of these shortcomings and make informed decisions about where they choose to dine.

Considering my personal encounters, I would recommend exploring alternative dining options that prioritize customer satisfaction. This way, you can ensure a more enjoyable and memorable dining experience.

I genuinely hope that the restaurant takes the necessary steps to improve its service and create a more positive dining environment for future patrons. Dining out should be a pleasurable experience, especially for those who don't have the opportunity to...
