Great Wall — Restaurant in Irvington

This location does not know what customer service means. I called in advance for an order of Spare ribs well done with pork fried rice and i repeated my order multiple times to avoid confusion and when i got there my food had not been prepared because the man behind the counter thought i said something else so after waiting additional time for my order if was ready and he bagged it up quickly without offering to show me the plate so i requested to see because he was acting suspicious and for whatever reason after already inconveniencing my time there was only 3 pieces included instead of what its supposed to be which is 4 pieces and when I asked why the meal was incomplete he claimed that one of the ribs was bigger than normal so that counts as two..and yes he said that foolishness with a straight face and he said it would be the same exact price so I asked if I had ordered 4 chicken wings and one of the wings was bigger than the other does that mean they should only give me 3 and charge the same price? I was extremely surprised with the great taste and texture of these people's food. In a downtown urban neighborhood in a low income community, this is not what I expect. My son and I ordered wonton soup, chicken and broccoli and eggrolls. The eggrolls were -meh- no meat in them, a bit overcooked and the skin very thick. But the chicken and broccoli was scrumptious. Sauce was good, broccoli was nice and crunchy, chicken slices were juicy. The wontons were very nice - tasty, meaty and well cooked. ONE OF THE WORST CHINESE PLACES EVER The tried to charge me 15 bucks for garlic chicken & a egg roll. Online it says 11 bucks

Chicken was old n soggy as hell

Even the egg roll was fried burnt
