Order# 3148075336 Hello, Today I placed an order from the Wingstop App I waited 2 hours and my order still didn’t get delivered I called your local store 845 Springfield Ave Irvington, NJ 07111 a lady supposedly named TIFFANY I’m not sure hates her job or she’s just GHETTO but she kept saying she can’t find the order there’s no order but door dash can see my order. I would tell her my name and she would yell SPEAK UP very unprofessional and never asked for the order number she didn’t want to help. Door dash then calls the store and once again she picked up the call and disrespected the door dash customer service and hanged up on her 3 times. The lady at Wingstop is highly unfit to work in a food industry she needs to be retrained rehired or FIRED ! I have spent so much money at Wingstop and this is how I get treated ? with no way of being able to get my food and seems like I won’t be able to get a refund since she claims she can’t find my order but DoorDash can and nobody can refund me ? I asked to speak to her manager and she said he’s not here then I asked what’s the name she said I don’t know I’m new I once again asked what’s the name and she said I don’t know it’s a girl. Read moreI ordered delivery directly from their website and due to a glitch in their system the order was placed as carryout. Waited over an hour and a half for my food. My food was never delivered. I called the store and the night manager was cool and tried to wait for me to pick up the $40 order or she said I could receive a full refund. My kids was starving and it was 11:45 pm on a Saturday night. I had to get all the kids and babies dressed. I arrived at 12:47 and store was closed. So I calls the next day and speak to the regional manager Sheryl who was nasty and rude and only offered me a partial refund. I would never support that store again.
