Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Irvington

This place is awesome! I would definitely come here again. I have been wanting to come here ever since my friend mentioned that this was the best place for Korean Meat.

PRO: lots of banchan (kimchi was good; the egg in the stone pot was delish; peanuts and anchovies were sweet and crunchy) they cut the meat up and grill the meat for you so you don't have to lift a finger complimentary pumpkin slush; fresh pineapple fruit at the end of the meal. (I like that they didn't give out the typical orange slices at the end of the meal and gave us pineapple instead) 5% discount if your bill is over $150 and you pay in CASH Haemool Pajeon [Seafood Pancake] was made well and crunchy and loaded with seafood

MEAT: Fresh & mm so good. Daepae Samgyupsal - [Thin Sliced Pork Belly] - this was delicious when you dip in the sauce they provided. Remember to wrap it up with some lettuce. Doaeji Bulgogi - marinated pork was sweet and had onions Galbi Gui - beef short ribs marinated with special sauce barbecued Spicy Marinated Chicken - This was medium spicy. It was the spiciest out of all the meats we ordered. I thought this was alright.

CON: A little pricey but that's KOREAN...

I came to Little Caesars to order the Pepperoni Crazy Puffs, but was told by the manager, Ryan or Brian, that my order could not be taken or started until 4 PM. The cashier was very polite and even asked him again on my behalf, but he refused to allow the order. I ended up waiting inside the hot restaurant for about 10 minutes and missed several buses in the process.

At 4:06 PM, Ryan/ Brian finally came to take my order, but did so with no greeting, no smile, and a noticeably unfriendly attitude. The young lady who had been helping me earlier was courteous and apologetic, even saying goodbye multiple times before her shift ended right at 4.

While the food is usually good at this location, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Ryan's / Brian’s lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a bad impression — something I’ve never experienced at Little...

I'm a Uber eats driver I receive a order to go to Lil Caesars on Springfield in Irvington as I got to Little Caesars there was no one at the counter and i waited 10 minutes before someone came to the counter then before the person actually came to the counter a lady came in a few minutes before he came around the corner soon the lady saw him she said she was here to pickup an order and he proceeded to help her and I told him, sir I was here first before her and he just said "hmph".
