Extremely Disappointing Experience – Never Again. We had one of the worst dining experiences at Vistabela. We waited almost 3 hours for our food, and even after that, some people at our table never received their meals. Most of us didn’t eat because we were waiting for our family members to be served, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, the waitress came back hours later to ask what was ordered—then had the audacity to accuse us of lying.

To make things worse, the manager was completely unprofessional and acted like a child, walking away mid-conversation when we tried to calmly express our concerns. Not only did they refuse to listen, but they also refused to comp anything, despite the long delays and horrible service.

We weren’t looking for a free meal—we’re loyal and respectful customers. But what we got instead was a total lack of professionalism, disrespect, and poor management. We will never return and definitely won’t be recommending...

Enjoyed the beautiful view and our waitress Kaylee was very nice. We ordered a pina colada, Moscow mule and the calamari. The pina colada was one of the worst I’ve ever had…. Drowning in imitation strawberry syrup and completely watered down. My husband’s Moscow mule was watered down as well. The calamari came on a tiny plate -about 7 pieces. They looked and tasted like the frozen panamei ones. So $30 for a tiny shitty appetizer and 2 very watered down drinks. Complete tourist trap. The 1 star is for the service and the view. It was a lovely experience! I loved their piña colada and the mojito there is really good. We tried their mini empanadas and I would love to go and get some more! The amarillitos in the breasts were a bit dried but the flavor was still pleasing to the palate. We also ordered the meat lover pizza and it was amazing!
