Very inconsistent. This is the only Dominoes in 12 different states I have lived in that can't seem to get it right. Often, when I order online, the estimated time I am given is grossly underestimated and I end up with a cold pizza that arrives 60 or more minutes after ordering. Today, I called to check on the status of my order and the girl who answered the phone was rude and short with me telling me my pizza was the "next to go in the oven." I had placed my order an hour prior. When I asked for some sort of discount for the inconvenience (seeing as I wouldn't get my pizza for at least 1 and half hours after ordering) she chuckled and simply said "no." Horrible customer service and clearly this store doesn't care about it's reputation in our community. Sadly, I will be switching to Pizza Hut for future deliveries. An hour and a half later I called and the phone was laid on the counter where you could here the employees talking to each other for over 15 mins. Called from another phone twice and a woman picked up and apologized because they were busy. Not our problem. You forgot to bring the whole order and never came back. Of course blame the virus for lousy customer service. Guess Corona told you to forget half the order and to tell us you will be right back with it and never show up. On the third attempt they apologized and said they would bring the rest of the order. Sorry to inconvenience you to deliver what we paid for. She was red headed.) was completely rude to not one, but the whole work staff there. Constant yelling, jumping onto the others, cussing, being rude, and so on.. one lady was new and still learning and I just felt so bad for her because of the way she was treated by the “manager” for messing up. Before I left, I leaned over the counter and told one man, “I feel for you all and hope you get out of this toxic environment.” To which he responded, “she only gets worse.” So this must be an everyday occurrence for them.
