My recent visit was a highly satisfying experience. From the fresh ingredients to the friendly service, this location offers a great spot for a quick and delicious meal.
Delicious and Customizable Meals: The food at Chipotle is consistently fresh and flavorful. I ordered a burrito bowl with barbacoa, black beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, and all the classic toppings. The ingredients were fresh and well-prepared, and the combination of flavors was spot-on. The ability to customize your meal with a variety of toppings and proteins ensures that there’s something to suit everyone’s taste. The guacamole was particularly impressive—creamy and full of flavor, definitely worth the extra charge.
Quick and Friendly Service: The service at this Chipotle location was efficient and friendly. Despite a steady stream of customers, the staff moved quickly and worked as a cohesive team to ensure orders were taken and prepared promptly. They were polite and attentive, making sure that each customer’s order was prepared to their satisfaction. The line moved quickly, which is always a plus during busy meal times.
Clean and Inviting Atmosphere: The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The dining area was tidy, and tables were promptly cleared and cleaned after customers left. The modern, casual decor creates a welcoming environment that is perfect for a quick meal or a relaxed dining experience. The ambiance is casual and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
Good Value for Money: Chipotle offers great value for the quality and quantity of food you receive. The portion sizes are generous, and the ingredients are of high quality. The price is reasonable, especially considering the ability to customize your meal to your liking. The option to order ahead online or through the app adds convenience and ensures your meal is ready when you arrive.
Room for Improvement: While my experience was largely positive, there are a few areas where this Chipotle location could improve. During peak hours, the seating can become limited, leading to a bit of a wait for a table. Expanding the seating area or better managing the dining space could help alleviate this issue. Additionally, the parking lot can get crowded, making it a bit challenging to find a spot during busy times. More efficient parking management would enhance the overall experience.
Convenient Location: Located on Gilman Drive, this Chipotle is easily accessible with ample parking available, despite the occasional crowding. Its convenient location makes it a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal whether you’re a local resident or just passing...
Read moreWorst service I’ve ever encountered at ANY place. We came in around 4:50ish on April 17. We got charged for extra protein when we didn’t want the extra protein but because someone didn’t speak English and didn’t understand. There was 2 people behind the counter making orders, one didn’t speak English and the other girl had a disgusting attitude and on the larger side. The one who didn’t speak English took my order and I asked for sofritas then literally a second later changed my mind and said I wanted chicken instead repeatedly, and repeatedly said please no sofritas as she was scooping it and she proceeded to put sofritas in my bowl along with my chicken. I said whatever, since she can’t understand me and continued. Then the other lady took the other bowl and honestly don’t know how to describe her other than heavy, dark short hair and had the nastiest attitude towards us. She got annoyed because we asked for the keto bowl we saw on door dash and she said very rudely, “NO, make your own” we then were taking some time looking at all the options making sure we got what we wanted and even rolled her eyes and moved on to the next guest before our bowl was done. The lady asked repeatedly about “white or brown” getting more annoyed each time when we answered no rice on both our bowls. And when she took our payment we tried explaining we only wanted one protein on the one bowl and her coworker didn’t understand us and the heavy lady said “well it doesn’t matter you got it you pay for it.” And rudely charged us for their mistake. The lady who didn’t speak English wasn’t the problem she was just not knowing what was happening half the time, the nasty heavy lady is rude to so many people including the one in front of us trying to rush customers and have horrible experiences both infront and behind us. We paid 32 for two bowls with no rice on both and no beans on one so our bowls were half full and paid 17 for one which is insane since we are definitely not paying for any...
Read moreUPDATE My family went in to pick up a mobile order on 1/23/2025 and the employees said we didn't pay despite us showing proof that we did order on the mobile app. How did our order go through if I didn't pay? The food was made and they clearly are just trying to rip people off. I did dispute the charge with my bank and called Chipotle customer service. Go to Qdoba next time, I'm DONE giving this place a chance.
Original post I don't know why I continue going to this place. I constantly have to wait for my mobile order beyond the pick up time. Today, my burrito bowl had no lettuce despite me asking for extra. The second bowl was also extra lettuce, but after we shook it up to mix things up, we noticed it was barely half full. I took my food back and asked to have it remade in front of me, not in the back room. The counter person talked to FRANSISCO on the grill line and was telling him I wanted my food remade, to which Francisco remarked, why does she want it remade, she already ate half. I loudly responded that no, we merely shook the container to mix it up, but that's how much food I was given, and nothing had been eaten. He then spoke in what sounded like Spanish to another grill worker. I do speak Spanish and wish I could have heard more clearly what he said as it sounded as though he was talking about me. (Esta mujer....) After getting my food, I asked the counter person for the grill persons name, and he said he didn't know, which is clearly untrue. I then asked for the manager so I could get his name and share this experience with coorporate. When i pay $11 for a burrito bowl, I just want a full bowl. Sadly, this isn't the first time I have had...
