I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are looking to stay in Issaquah. If you are looking to stay in Issaquah, skip all the cheap motels (and the bed bugs that come with them) and book a room with Springhill by Marriott. If I need to stay in Issaquah again, I would definitely stay at Springhill by Marriott again.
(Below is a detailed review of our suite with 2 Queen beds)
The suite we stayed in was gorgeous. The design of our suite was modern styled. You can tell they put a lot of thought utilizing every inch of the suite. It had two queen beds plus a couch that can converted as a pull out bed. So you could sleep 6 very comfortably. The room does have heating and air conditioning. The flat screen TV was also a smart TV with options for youtube, Netflix (you have to sign in with your own account), HBO, plus all the news channels and basic cable. The room had a mini fridge, a coffee maker (it is NOT a Kuireg) and a microwave, which was put in a well thought out location. If you have small children or toddlers, it definitely is out of their sight. The bathroom only had a shower, no bathtub. It does have a hair dryer. Also in the suite is a separate walk in closet. The full size closet is very spacious, as most hotels do not have a full size closet. In the closet, it does have a full size ironing board and iron, extra blankets, and extra pillows. The room keys are key cards (as it is standard with most Marriott chains). The hotel has 2 floors of parking. 1st floor parking is covered and the 2nd floor is partially covered (about 50%). Plenty of parking for disabled on both floors. There is no electric vehicle charging spots (if that is something you are looking for). However, there are some close by if that is something you need. You are less then a mile from shopping at grocery stores. Target, Fred Meyers, Trader Joe's and other big stores are within 5 mins.
The hotel does have laundry on the 2nd floor. $1.75 for wash or dry. (Downside there is only ONE washer and ONE dryer).
Overall it was a beautiful suite. The flat screen TV does pull out and rotate. So you can watch TV from the couch or watch it from any of the beds. If you are a gamer or want to connect your laptop via HDMI, that is readily available and ready to go. This hotel does have a fitness center and an indoor pool. However due to COVID-19 the fitness center and pool was closed during our stay.
(My review does not reflect the pool or fitness center being closed, since that is something I was not able to actually use. And I commend the hotel staff for putting safety first and closing both...

This is Issaquah Washington not Los Angeles or New York. It's just a $16 charge they casually slide in there when you check in. This is just part of their bottom line and they think they can get away with it because of the premium prices they charge their clientele are accustomed to paying for parking. I used to stay here years ago but I forgot about the parking scheme. As I recall I never used to pay for parking and they don't tow anybody who parks I'm their lot. A hotel employee just confirmed with me they don't tow people who don't pay for parking so I would just tell them you don't need parking. I'm a business owner I know about the towing laws and this hotel does not have legal compliance to win in a court case even if they did tow your car.||This hotel charges a premium price however in other reviews you can see that the beds are not comfortable. I'm sitting here at 7:30 a.m. not able to go back to sleep. I woke up at 6 am with an aching back and decidedto get breakfast an hour later. Hoever it is the standard low budget hotel "continental breakfast" with the foam-textured instant watery eggs and link sausages. Or you can have cereal or Dannon yoghurt. The AmPm gas station has better coffee than this hotel. Luckily I brought my own coffee. When my daughter wakes up we're just going to check out early and find a restaurant.||This time I needed to do a bit of laundry and it was an absolute joke with the washing machine not actually getting my clothes fully wet. I've never seen a washing machine like this in all of my life. Now we have to go to a laundromat tomorrow which is going to change our plans. This hotel is nowhere near worth the money they charge. There are so many other good options in the area that charge about half as much and I'll bet they're washing machines work and they don't charge for parking. Some of these reviews on here look very suspicious I doubt they are from real guests. I work in internet marketing and I would bet everything I own that many of these reviews are created by their marketing company.||Also usually when you pay this much for a hotel you don't have to deal with cigarette smokers however almost every time I went out to the parking garage I was met with cigarette smoke. Most time that I used the elevator I could smell latent cigarette smoke. Someone please explain to me how a $275 a night hotel room with $16 parking serves this "quality" of food.||If you want a nicer hotel there are a few in Redmond which is a town very close to Issaquah. I can guarantee you they don't serve these institutional watery mystery foam eggs...
