Decided to get what I presume would be their trademark burger and fries, plus their dipping sauce. The burger was ok. The patty dripped a little which was promising, but biting into it, it felt a bit dry and slightly bland. The thing that really detracts from this burger is the bun. I even asked my server if they usually toast their buns; he did not have a good answer. Anyway, room temp bun and its composition was definitely not complementing the burger and just drags it down. Odd because their menu seems to be proud of the buns, and yet they do not treat the buns properly. Toast the buns guys, seriously. The fries were fine, and their tipsy sauce was pretty good too. Crazy to pay for a sauce, but it's 2023 I guess. SMH In the end, I wouldn't be opposed to coming back, but I'm not likely to come back on my own accord. It's an ok place for sure but if I'm vibing for a burger, this probably won't be my first pick in the area.

Came here on a Saturday at around 6pm. Didn’t have to wait to get seated. Place was prob only 25% full (was more packed when we left.) They have about a dozen types of burgers. A lot of reviews commented the patties were bland but they were fine to me. If you want unseasoned patties go to Five Guys. I liked the burgers were a bit springy and didn’t fall apart. The portion of fries was huge and they were delicious. I upgraded to the truffle fries for $3 and thought it was worth it. We also had a shake and that was good too. The only gripe was our waiter took a long time to refill our water. We thought it was good. Definitely better than a Red Robin. Not sure how often we’ll go since it’ll be about $30 pp after tax and tip, but if we’re craving gourmet burger, we’d stop by again.

We went here for a family weekend lunch. We ordered only vegetarian food. The service was prompt and on point. The ambience is pleasant, with a few TV screens for the game. There’s also a bar section. We tried the grilled cheese, both the veggie burgers, the jacked fries, the sweet potato fries and the onion rings. For drinks we tried the cookies and cream shake. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because though all the food tasted good, it could’ve been served warmer. Maybe it was sitting under the food warmer for a couple of minutes before they brought it. But otherwise, no complaints whatsoever. It was overall a pleasant experience and we’d come back for sure. $70 including tax and tip for 2 adults and a child.

I sat at the bar to order dinner and a drink. Perhaps the food I ordered were the worst items on the menu, but I can only review based on what I ate yesterday. I'm sure there is much better food offered.

1-Environment seemed okay until the sun started to shine directly through the window into my eyes. It only happened later in the evening but the translucent shades on the windows are not adequate for direct sunlight. It was very uncomfortable. Although I'm sure this would not be an issue if I sat elsewhere in a booth or other side of the restaurant. Not good enough for the bar area.

2-Food was not good. I had a tipsy burger with sweet potato fries. The side portion of fries was a giant pile on the platter, but these were the worst sweet potato fries I've encountered. There was this very odd coating of red dust on the fries and looked like cheeto's chip dust on your fingers. It was alarming and annoying to wipe off my fingers. They tasted more like seasoned regular fries. Missed the mark on these. The tipsy burger seemed to have good quality ingredients but it didn't fit well together. Dripped a small puddle on the plate even before eating any of it. I don't have much to say about it really, it was bland and messy. I'd highly advise if you want a regular burger to get it somewhere else. The tipsy burger was unappetizing and with the sun in my eyes, I simply asked for the check to leave at this point. Wasn't worth finishing.

3-Bartender was providing good service even though I sat in the bar area. I'd asked for any recommendation on drinks, mentioning I preferred an IPA for example. He listed out a couple options and that I could have a taste of any. I took him up on the offer and said I'd like to try the Lush IPA. When he got around to finishing his other orders and started to pour a taster of the beer, he ended up pouring a full pint and I was then charged for it. I hadn't planned to order a full beer. Maybe it was my misunderstanding. Of course you can try any drink you'd like when they charge you full price with a full cup. It seemed fine for a couple sips but had this awful aftertaste. Perhaps the beer is normally like that, and it's definitely not the beer for me.

TLDR; Maybe I got the restaurants worst items and everything else on the menu could be great. Avoid the tipsy burger and sweet potato fries. You'll be disappointed with those choices. I will not be returning here anytime soon based on my experience. Different food and a different seat could be all that was needed. $50...

Waiter was a little rude after asking for water that was never delivered (I wasn’t drinking anything else and had not been served any beverage yet). He acted like I was putting him out and it wasn’t busy. He didn’t check back with our table other than to bring sodas one time. My burger-the farrow vegetarian burger- was inedible. Way too spicy (I didn’t order the spicy black bean option because it was spicy), no flavor other than heat. Eventually we got the waiter’s attention and was given the option of ordering another sandwich, so he at least made that right, but everyone else at my table was done eating. Meanwhile, several people around the table took a bite of my burger and all but one subtly spit it out because it tasted so bad. We were not as obnoxious as I’m making it sound, I was just looking for validation that this burger was terrible before I even asked for a different one. I chose the Tipsy Burger which arrived fairly quickly but then everyone else was done. The burger was tough, gray, and flavorless, and the sweet potato fries were burnt/blackened compared to the ones that came with my first burger. I even asked to keep the first plate of fries but the waiter said that I’d get new ones. I’m sure this was restaurant policy but the bottom line is that the food was just not consistent it good. I hate giving bad reviews especially because I’ve eaten here a couple other times and it...

Visited the Issaquah location for the first time tonight and simply wanted to walk in and place an order to go. With most restaurants you can head over to the bar, place your order to go and while your wait relax and have a beer. Not at Tipsy Cow, you cannot order in person and must order via online even if you're there! I inquired about my wife and I placing our order in the bar so that we could have a drink while we wait and was told "sorry you must order online as we don't want to overwhelm the kitchen ". That sounded like a crazy excuse as the restaurant was half occupied and the bar was empty but OK. I attempted to place our order from the lobby and the wait was 15 min but that was OK. By the time I submitted my order 5+ min later the wait went to 30 min. I asked why and was told that several online orders had been received but then I asked if that meant those in the restaurant would need to wait the same time? They eventually took my order but with extreme hesitation. This was a complete joke and will probably not order take out here again. Here's a tip, if you've got someone who's at your establishment and they want to place an order to go in person and have a drink in the bar while they wait then let them. You lost out on additional revenue and the last time I checked in the restaurant industry that is the objective. Poor customer service and not...
