Administrative Office - Service Center — Attraction in Issaquah

I haven't been to the book store in years manly since I just buy my book but I had to get my card cause of school reasons and I gotta say this library's staff are so rude and impolight. I sign the paper work to get a new card and for some reason I had to prove that I lived at the address I entered into there computer. I don't have a drivers license cause I'm 10 and this is federal way. I wasn't even checking out a book I only needed the card for there website. They tell me I need to bring in a parent so I did and they still wouldn't give me a card. Guess who got an F in there arts in crafts. This was was my first time at Issaquah library. I had booked the study room since my son has adhd and enjoys new place to finish his homework. We usually go to our Sammamish library. My booking was from 3:15 PM. I arrived around 3:40 PM because I kept rounding circles not knowing there was no right turn. It was raining and of-course I got delayed. The information desk person was not pleasant or understanding. She had a tone that was not nice so I gave up and came off. I drove like 30 mins to receive this treatment. She wasn’t even trying to find a solution. And when I come home I see her cancel my appointment at 3:42 PM - Very unfair:( Really...

The King County library has planned this construction period poorly. I have several books that were due to be picked up by Nov 10 only to find out that they are closed for no clear reason. Now they only provide pickups 3x a week and even reducing it to 2 this week due to the Nov 10 closure. I am disappointed by how the library has planned this...
