El Sabor Del Tio — Restaurant in Issaquah

This food truck came and served Mexican cuisine at Camp S'more this year (2021). I got their beef taco plate and it was amazing! The quality of the food reminded me of the quality I used to get in San Diego. The rice and beans were also on point.

I stopped by after my dentist appointment yesterday and got burrito this time. It was good but I liked the taco plate better. I also got Horchata this time and it was amazing as it looked. the food is spectacular, best Mexican food in issaquah, the lunch hour is very busy because of the delicious food. the wait is worth it at the end, so if you end up going during the lunch hours it would most likely be very busy. so be patient with them they try their best! my favorite is the asada tortas they are delicious and the horchata is amazing as well 10/10 recommended...
