Parents of children with FOOD ALLERGIES beware!! My son has a life threatening allergy to sesame. With the most recent changes in legislation surrounding food labels, and the fact that sesame has been added to the top allergen list, nearly all bread manufacturers have begun adding sesame flour to their breads because it is cheaper to add sesame and disclose it than clean the line to make sesame free breads. We just took our family to eat at RAM last night and my son wanted a cheeseburger. I asked our server to please check the ingredients for sesame (specifically flour, not just seeds). She came back and was confident that there is no sesame in the buns. I double checked with a woman who said she was a manager, just for good measure and to get a second set of eyes on the label. Again, I was told that my son's bun did not contain sesame. Feeling okay with the decision, my son ate the burger. Immediately my son started having a reaction at the table and I gave him Benadryl. I inquired again with the server because I was very upset and starting to panic. I asked the server to bring the packaging. She returns with an unlabeled bag, so my husband asks if she can check the large box that their buns come in for the ingredient list. The server grabs another manager, this time a man. He comes over, speaks with us, we explain the situation while monitoring my son, but trying to figure out what the heck is causing this reaction if it is not sesame. The manager, looking at my child, very pompously reassures us that there is no sesame in the buns. So we ask more questions to try to figure it out and what was happening. The manager then says, "Oh, he had the KID'S burger?" You can imagine how ANGRY I became. Instant blood pressure spike. How stupid can someone be? Surely, they understand that he is looking at a kid's menu, ordering a children's cheese burger, and they are serving him a kid's menu item that he is indeed having the KID'S cheeseburger? Surely, they get this?? Right? YES, HE JUST ATE THE KID'S BURGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, guess what, my friendly fellow Google review readers, the buns are different and THE BUNS FOR THE KID BURGER DOES HAVE SESAME FLOUR!!!!!!!!! I have absolutely nothing good to say here. I checked twice, with two different people. The server also had the responsibility to disclose the allergens at the table to the kitchen. This restaurant failed us on more than one occasion during the same meal. The manager did tell me on my way out that he was "very sorry" asked "what can we do?" and reassured me that they "take food allergies very seriously." I mean, they obviously take them VERY seriously. insert giant eye roll and huge amounts of sarcasm here Luckily, my son is okay. He was quite miserable for some time, but he did get through the allergic reaction and luckily did not have an...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and had a late lunch that turned into dinner. Not because we chose to stick around so long, but because they couldn't get anything right.
Our server was Dillon...... We sat in the bar, we ordered 2 waters both with lemon, 1 with no ice. Both waters came with ice and no lemon. Once we got that corrected, I ordered the Clearwater Kolsch but got an IPA of some kind. Once we got that fixed......
My wife ordered a turkey burger lettuce wrap, no onion, no cheese, and no mayo and a side of broccoli. And a side salad with no cheese, croutons, onion and oil & vinager for dressing.
I ordered the BBQ bacon burger with a turkey Patty.
My wife's side salad come out with the croutons, cheese, onion, and no dressing. That went back. Once her salad come back correctly she enjoyed it.
When our burgers came out, her turkey burger lettuce wrap had cheese, onion, and mayo on it. Plus they forgot the broccoli and gave her french fries.
My burger had a normal beef party on it.
So my wife spoke to the manager and the burgers went back.
They came out in correct a second time.......
So they went back again.........
Finally we got the correct order. When we spoke to the manager and requested our burgers get comped, she said that she would not charge us for the original burgers and she would give us half off the burgers we did eat......... Ok.......... So these morons get our order wrong not once, not twice, but three times, and all they can do is give us half off our burgers!?
My wife looked at the manager like she had two heads.
We arrived at this establishment at 2:30pm and we didn't get actual service or food until 4pm! That's right...... It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get 2 hamburgers and a side salad, 1 beer, and 2 waters!
When our check arrived, it had ALL 4 BURGERS ON IT! That's right, the 2 burgers they messed up on plus the 2 burgers they finally got right! And yup! We sent the check too! Wow! Just wow!
Never...
