I wonât be back. I always liked Restore and felt they took good care of me. One of the nurses Becky even helped me save some money on my IV cost ordering shots they had on special which she kindly put directly in my IV. Thanks to her, I realized I could get a lower dose of ingredients I wanted in shots so that I could keep things in my budget. I showed up for my IV today and had to wait over a half an hour. When I ordered my ingredients in shot form I was told I had to get the full amount added as an ingredient in the IV and pay more. Or if I wanted the shot as ordered I had to get it as a separate injection, but that they wouldnât just inject the shot into the existing needle in my body. Ummm what? So now the rules changed? I asked the nurse, and she said to me that itâs different for every nurse. Um ⌠no. I should be able to have the same experience regardless of who is working. The employee Raja wanted to say they wouldnât do it because I didnât order it as a full quantity of the ingredient as an IV add in. Um ⌠I ordered it the way I wanted to work for my body and my budget based on their price list. Based on a helpful tip from their own nurse. I felt pressured and bullied with an extra needle stick as âpunishmentâ for not ordering the full ingredient the way they wanted that would allow them to make more money on my treatment. While previous nurses were kind enough to suggest ways for me to get what I desired without going over my budget, this staff team wanted to make sure I was penalized for ordering this way. Raja smiled smugly while he met every concern I had with a defense. He didnât seem to care at all about the fact I was having a bad customer experience. He was either very proud of himself for his defense or he thought it was funny to see someone having someone having a bad time at his establishment. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that management was on vacation. Thatâs too bad because it put me in a situation where I was forced to cancel my membership and write this review. I liked Restore, but I will pay more and drive further to go somewhere where my the policies are clear, the experience consistent and dependable. I prefer to do business with companies where the customer experience matters and long term customer retention is a priority. Itâs 3 days before Christmas, youâre going to make me wait a ridiculous amount of time, and then use a needle stick as a consequence for me not spending what you want me to spend? Are you kidding. Way to be Scroogelike at the holidays. Hard pass...

After a horrible experience over the holidays where the employee literally forced me to get a shot that I usually get in my IV, I cancelled my membership immediately. I received confirmation that the membership would be cancelled. Now one month later I have been billed for another month. When I spoke with the awful representative who knew nothing about pricing, packages and ingredients from my last experience. He said, oh your membership was cancelled, but we have the right to bill you up until your 30 day cancellation date. How on earth is that a cancellation when you bill me again? 30 days puts me at Jan 14, and they literally billed me for a whole other month on Jan 13. One day. Usually when you cancel something you arenât billed again. This is HIGHLY irregular. So scammy! I asked to speak with the manager, and again for the second time there is no manager available. These guys are absolute CROOKS. I cannot use my existing credits because Iâm so disturbed by your business, now I have another set on top of what I had left over and I was told my membership was cancelled so I wasnât expecting to be billed again. There is no way to adequately describe how infuriated and disgusted I am with this business. It makes me sick that a company like this exists in my neighborhood....
   Read moreI joined restore a while ago. I found myself not using the treatments because it was inconvenient to get to from Nortb Bend. I called and asked to cancel. They sent me a freeze form. I assumed this was the cancel from and filled it out. There was nothing on the form that said my subscription would resume after a certain time. Sure enough they resumed my membership and continued to charge me monthly without ever notifying me via email/text. Nothing. Zero correspondence. They took over 1000$ dollars before we realized we were being charged. I called the manager so many times and wasnât given a call back for weeks. Finally I basically was told there was nothing they could do other then give me a 3 month extension on the credits. I was pregnant and nervous to use any of the services so that was useless. I was able to dispute 3 months of payments with my cc company. But this company sucks. I would never go back or recommend it because they donât actually care about their customers.
