Went to this Arby's coming back from a family trip. I was with a 4 other adults, a two year old, and an infant. We ordered our food, payed $50 for our food, then patiently waited at the window for about 15 minutes before receiving our food. Out of no where, the employee who claimed her name was Mary came to the window accusing us of video taping and demanded us to move forward. She had a TERRIBLE attitude and we were all incredibly confused because we were literally just sitting in the car waiting for our food. When my sister in law and I went in to figure it out and ensure her that we didnât have videos of anyone on our phones, she was on her personal cellphone telling someone that we were making fun of an autistic employee (she was doing this while customers inside were waiting to order). 1) that is incredibly unprofessional and 2) We would NEVER video tape someone without their permission and we would NEVER make fun of anyone from any walk of life. When she got off the phone, she immediately started accusing us AGAIN. When we told her we weren't video taping, she threw her hands up and said she wasn't going to have this conversation. She was yet again VERY rude. She kept yelling and saying âBYE. BYE. BYE.â Refusing to let either of us talk at all. At this point, we just got her name and we are now calling corporate. I have never been treated so poorly by another human being in my life. If I acted the way she acted in my work place, I would face immediate termination. During this the drive through was dead, the woman at the window was just standing there staring blankly into space. I asked if she could hand me my food because my lunch break was half over., she launched into a 10 minute dissertation on how I needed to be patient, she is working the drive through, not the counter.,all the while they continued to take orders but not fill them..by now there is 25 people standing around inside ., They put out one order in 30 minutes and that guy walked off without his food or his money back a long time ago.. First the cheesesteak Philly we wanted we were told they were out of onions and peppers so forget that change that to curly fries and the cheddar biscuit fish fries only to not get the cheddar biscuit fish fries and find out the curly fries are gone but we can pull over and wait for them to make more. We decided to go with crinkle fries instead of waiting but after pulling out had to return since we were missing the fish. Then had to wait anyways cause the fish wasnât ready. Should of just left because the fish sucked tasted liked breading with no fish at all not sure why they call it cheddar biscuit fish cause those three things were not in it and we had to go in to tell them they didnât give us our order then they say come back in in about 3 minutes to pick it up when itâs ready they didnât even bring it out to us.
