Flyers Pizza Grove City North — Restaurant in Jackson Township

We never complain, but we called tonite Saturday 1/18/24, to order a small pepperoni and cheese and a 6 inch Italian sub, the guy who answered the phone was not very friendly. I had to keep repeating myself, but once I got the order turned in we go and pick it up. The guy who gave us our order was the same person or took our order. He was very rude not friendly at all. He opens the window and just stood there looking at us didn’t say a word so we gave our name he rolled his eyes like we were a burden. Remind you we were trying to be nice and ask how his day was stuff like that small talk. But nope he took our money and handed us our food and closed the window and walked off. We was wanting plates, napkins and cheese but didn’t get any of it. I work in the restaurant field we all have bad days but I don’t show it to my customers and I would never ever be rude like he was. When I first moved to Grove City over three years ago, I tried this place. It was great! However in time, it kept getting worse. Cannot seem to get the order right. So, I started going to Tammy,s Pizza. Really good pizza; however, since I used to love the home cooked potato chips, I thought I would try it again after about a year. Just today I went back. It is even worse. Gave them plenty of time to meet the promised time frame, but order wasn't ready. Chips would be a couple more minutes. She said she would bring it right out if I pulled to the front. Sat for about ten minutes. No order. Went inside. Still wasn't ready! She said chips hadn't even been put in fryer when I arrived. I used to frequent Flyers Grove City once a week, sometimes twice. The service was great and I was always very satisfied with the food. However, the last few times I have visited, I have not been impressed. This last time (today) especially. I ordered Italian sub lunch combo. The sandwich had wrong/missing toppings, and the sandwich itself was downright pathetic. Probably one of the saddest sandwiches I had ever seen actually (see pictures). The amount of toppings on it was laughable and it was like eating two slices of bread. Not only that, but they forgot my cookie to add insult to injury.
