This place used to be good. I dont know what happened to the staff here but the last 3 times I have tried to order Something went wrong everytime. Yesterday was the last straw for me and will never return. All we had ordered was a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni... and 2 things of boneless wings. We had placed our order at around 5:40... an hour went by... no delivery. Original wait time was 35 minutes we were told. So I call, they said the driver had showed and they charged my card. No one came to my door. They said they would remake it and send it back out. I said that was fine.. another hour goes by... no order. So I call again, and get the same girl as the first time. She says that again the driver had taken my order and it should have been there but I didn't receive my order. Why would I have wasted hers and my time calling if I had received it? So for the THIRD time she said it needed to be remade and sent back out... at this point I am livid and I actually had my boyfriend go pick up the order rather than wait again. We were both not feeling well. We got our order for free and a 20 dollar credit. Supposedly..... if that credit was even put on there. The last time my order was messed up they were supposed to out a credit on and never did. Even worse they had the orogonal.delivery driver waiting up front when my boyfriend arrives so he could tell us he was at our door. Read moreWe placed large order from the Grove City Ohio location at 2536 Columbus St, Grove City, OH on Friday 11/10/24 order include $30 of chicken wings, the door dash driver did not have the wings and stated that he cannot help and we need to call the store. The call goes straight into an on hold message stating someone will be with us soon, AFTER 1 HR ON HOLD we hung up with no help. Went into the store the following day Sunday 11/10/24 to speak to the manager. She (Shy) stupide of me thinking I will be taken care of, instead she was rude , abrasive and unhelpful, stated she cannot help and I need to come in Monday, she even threatened to call the police on me for being Disruptive ???? she then went in to the back room and refused to come out, instead sent a lower level employee out to tell me that she will not speak to me. 11/11/24 Since you were unable to get anybody from the store to respond to us and a total of over three hours hold time over the weekend, I stopped in the store today I was told the manager would be there at noon when I got there the manager was not there, but the Sunday manager was there Shay, who had her face covered with a mask. Read more1st time we order from here we order online extra sauce on our pizza, it had no sauce on it at all, it was basically garlic cheese bread but some sauce was on the edge by the crust? not even a regular amount of sauce. I wanted to complain but I didn't. 2nd time I ordered from here I made sure to call to make it be known how the last time they gave us no sauce when we ask for extra & to make sure to put extra on our pizza & I also order some boneless wings that we have had before at another location. I talked to someone in a call center it seemed, not someone to the actual location. we go pick up our food & drive home & I take 1 bite of my pizza & this time it is even worse! literally had no sauce at all, it was like I was eating cheesy garlic bread. & our wings had literally no sauce, it was as if I asked for chicken tenders. idk how anyone in their right mind would think this was okay? it was common sense.
