Third party drivers deserve an honest, clear, up-front expected wait time if the order is not ready, so we can assess if we want to just cancel and move on, or actually wait. We earn per order, not time, so being told it will be just a few minutes, but it really is going to be 45 min, during dinner rush, is a huge disservice to us and screws our earnings and momentum. It's highly unprofessional to give bs wait times to us. Please consider becoming more transparent on this issue. This way we can also more effectively communicate with the customers, who often are sending us messages, asking what's going on.
Edit: I was back there in the last week, and had an extremely similar experience as the first time.
It's especially wild considering I've gone into other locations all over the city, ordered at the counter, even during busy periods, and waited as little as 8 minutes, and never more than 15. But this location has these orders already placed before I get there to picku, sometimes they received them quite awhile before (I get the order offer while in midst of running food, and it's possible they had the order on their end a good bit before that), yet they need me to stand around for 25- 30 minutes after I get there... oh and after once again being told up front that it will be 'a couple minutes.' What a hot mess this location is. Avoid ordering here for food delivery drivers, and avoid if you are a driver. They don't care...
Read moreOrdered a delivery tonight at 10:18 directly from Jet’s website, 42 minutes before they close at 11. Quotes time was about an hour and twenty minutes which I was okay with, I understand places are short staffed now. However, after paying for the order online and two DoorDash drivers later, the last driver texted me that they had closed the store. DoorDash sent another driver, because I was unable to cancel it through DoorDash because I didn’t order through them. So, here I am, waited an hour and a half on a pizza I ordered and paid for (I have the confirmation email and order number) only to never receive the order. No one from the store even attempted to contact me to let me know they were unable to complete my order or to ask if I could pick up instead of delivery, they just let me order sit active in the POS system and left. I would have cancelled the order or picked it up instead of waiting an hour and a half for a paid for pizza that was never going to come if someone even bothered to do the minimum effort part of their job and contact me to let me know what...
Read moreI've been all over the world trying different pizzas. Before I found Jet's in Grove City, the best pizza was in Hammerfest, Norway. I was skeptical at first trying Jet's because I figured it would just be your everyday run of the mill American Pizza.....Boy was I wrong! Not only did I have an orgasmic experience with my taste buds, i was pleasantly full just after a couple deep dish pieces...which ment I could have left overs. I terminated my lease in Copenhagen, and sold my property in Anchorage to move to Grove City....Specifically for the Jet's Pizza. I don't understand how someone could be emotionally, mentally, and morally satisfied with themselves if they didn't have Jet's at least once a week. The salads are amazing also, that's usually what my other half gets. There was one time, when I took a mason jar inside the store when I was picking up, and I bottled some of the air in the store. Hoping to sell it on ebay....or I'll keep it in case I travel back to Europe, I'll show those Italians what real pizza...
