Do not come here! Customer service is horrible! I normally go to the Circleville one but was in the Grove City area so we figured we would stop in there. I've been at this location a few other times in the past but this time was horrible! Every time I order food from Zanzis I always order the bread sticks that has crumbled parmesan all over the top. It's kind of like Little Ceasers bread sticks but better. When I first got there these two little girls were working the cash register. They both were just standing there not working they were on their cellphones either texting or on Facebook or Snapchatting it up because I saw them taking pictures of themselves goofing off š¤¦āāļø. When I got to the register to order my food they didn't say "hi how may we help you", no they just look at me with a look like I'm annoying them because they can't be on their cellphones anymore. They ask me if I called in an order or do I need to place an order. I told them I needed to place an order. One of the girls looked at the other girl an said um you can take care of that with this like annoyed voice like they didn't want to take my order. Then when I told the girl who was taking my order that I wanted to order bread sticks she asked me what kind. I told her the kind that has crumbled parmesan on top of it. Never once did she say to me that they don't have that kind of break sticks. So she just order the kind that they have at that location. When I came in to get my order I walked out to my van an realized the bread sticks aren't the kind I normally order. So I went back in an told her that, that's not the bread sticks I normally get from them. She then proceeded to argue with me an treat me like I'm crazy, kept saying they've never had that kind of bread sticks there. Said that those were the only type of bread sticks they have but yet told me when I was first ordering them that they had several different types of bread sticks. She kind of contradict herself. So I told her which is it? She then said she was sorry but they don't have any bread sticks like the ones I was telling her about. Never once did she say I'm sorry if those aren't the kind you were wanting we don't have those kind here but I can give you back your money if that's not what you wanted. All she kept doing was arguing with me. So I got frustrated at that point after dealing with everything from the bad service to now not getting what I had wanted to order to then her arguing with me that I told her I know I'm not crazy I know I've order these bread sticks from here before so I'm going to go get my husband from the car so he can talk to you about all of this. When we came back in the manager was then there with the girl. They ask us if we have ever been to the Circleville location before. We said yes but we've order from them too plenty of times in the past too. They said yeah we are completely different from Circleville, we don't do the same things they do. I said well when I first was describing the bread sticks to the girl she could have told me that then but maybe she was too busy with being on her cellphone that she wasn't wanting to let me know that huh. The whole time all they kept doing was making excuses never once tried to make things right with us. At that point I had lost my patience with them an start cursing because I had lost my patience with them with their customer service an not wanting to make things right with us. I walked out but my husband stayed back for a little bit but we never got anywhere with them, didn't get our money back, didn't get any type of compensation, all we got was nothing but a bunch of excuses! The next day after I had time to cool down I called the manager to explain why I was so upset. I thought if I would have explained why I got to the point of being so irate the way I was that he would understand where I was coming from. Nope! Should have known better! I had to basically say I was going to call their corporate office to make a complaint for him to finally make things right with me. Beware! Don't come to this ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could put the picture I took of this pizza and sub I got tonight. It was the absolute poorest excuse for food from your Grove City location to date. When that location first opened, I never had a bad thing to say about it. Never. Pizza was well made, there were actual toppings on the whole pizza instead of it looking like a pinch of toppings here and there on the pizza. The sub, which I ask twice to make sure there was no cheese had cheese on it. Even the receipt said no cheese. But still... Cheese. Absolute incompetence is all I can say. This has been my experience the last couple times I've ordered from there. Which I used to do quite often. And when you call to make an order. It would have been nice for an employee to let you know that the inside pickup was closed due to Corona and you had to use the drive through. Which added an extra 15 mins in recieving my order. Which made the food given at room temp along with the sub that was supposed to have NO cheese on it soggy(on a side note, the sub was an Italian. Which has two, TWO pieces of banana pepper on it. Lol ridiculous!) This is hilarious to me, cause I usually make fun of people who do what I'm doing now. Complain. This is a literal first for me. But I just couldn't not say something. Especially with how poor the quality and service has gotten at your Grove City location. I will be sure to steer clear anyone I know that asks about this location. I will be going to the 9's and posting pictures of the pathetic pizza and sub online with this review. That's how angry I am about this awful food experience. As I'm sure this review will be deleted. Never again will I patron this location....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this small establishment for the first time with my girlfriend. We were greeted by a young, laid-back white male who took our order. My girlfriend ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and I ordered a build-your-own with three toppings.
My girlfriend is dangerously allergic to onions and we made it very clear that the pizza must have no onions. Despite this, when the food came out, her pizza had onions on it. I addressed it immediately with the cashier, who looked concerned and acknowledged the mistake. He went to the back to speak with a female manager, but came back and told us there was nothing they could do.
No apology. No explanation. No offer to remake the pizza. Just, āthereās nothing we can do.ā
I guess thatās what you get when you order cheap pizza ā but risking someoneās health and brushing it off like that is completely unacceptable. This was not just bad service; it was careless and dangerous.
I wonāt be coming back, and Iāll be warning others to...
