I ordered a pizza through their app, to be delivered to my work a few weeks ago, and to give some context, it was about 2 hours before the restaurant was supposed to close. After I placed the order I called the restaurant to make sure the directions I gave were clear, so the delivery driver would know exactly where to go and not waste their time. Everything seemed to be going well until I received a message saying my food had been delivered, which was strange because I never received my food. I called the store back and asked what was going on. They told me that my food was being delivered by DoorDash and that sometimes the driver marks the delivery as delivered so they can get paid. They also told me that my food should be delivered in ten minutes. I did ask they asked and waited and my food never arrived. I called back and I was told that if I wanted my pizza I would need to come to the restaurant and pick it up and that they would remove the delivery fee. I let them know that they would remove the delivery fee because I am picking it up, but what would they do for my troubles? The person told me that he would refund all of my money if I came and picked up my food, to which I agreed.
Now if this wasn't bad enough I found out later that the person never refunded my money and I had to call customer service to get my money refunded. Which took another week.

Read moreI placed my order at 7:09 p.m. to pick up through the window. I ordered two subs to side salads and a 10-piece bone-in wings. The guy who took my order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive at the pickup window at 7:30 p.m. it took five minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was at the window. I gave the girl my name and she was unable to find my order. A total of 3 people came to the window asking me about my order. After the third person came to the window, I asked what the holdup was. I had already been at the window for 20 minutes. Apparently, my order was given to somebody else. So they had to re cook the food oh, or at least some of it. Once I received the food, it had been a total of 50 minutes since the order was placed. The food was not as good as it usually is. It was lukewarm but, not hot. The past three times we have been there, something is wrong with our order. I believe the management is poor at this location. There are a lot of young kids working there as well. I just thought it was very poor customer service and I told them that. All I got was I'm sorry. No credit was given and nothing else was said. Read moreI’ve had more than one problem with this location. It’s always at the drive through window. I sat there for 10 minutes before with the same car in front of me. When I backed up and went into the store there was one person in there. The guy at the window had ordered something like 10-15 pizzas. They were not done. Instead of asking him to pull up the staff just let him sit at the window. Tonight the same thing. I sat in line again. The car in front of me left and there were 3 more behind me. I could hear someone say check the window. Several minutes later I whistled to get someone’s attention. When the young kid came to the window I told him they should communicate with their customers when it’s going to take a while. I received a rude and snarky comment back that” they were busy in there.“. I looked at him and replied is that your answer in which he just stood there. I left without the order and will not go back.
