Joy Lucky — Restaurant in Jackson Township

I placed an order over the phone around 11:20-11:30am. I ordered orange chicken with white rice combo, orange chicken(mild) with no rice, vegetable chow mein (A STIR FRIED NOODLE) and beef & broccoli with white rice and hot oil. The lady on the phone kept yelling at me to choose a rice, even though I do not want rice with my orange chicken because I had planned to eat it with chow mein (NOODLE.) she then yelled at me to pick rice with my chow mein (NOODLE) which didnt make sense to me. Because its a stir fried noodle dish. Why would you have that with rice? I finally caved in and chose white rice for my chow mein (AHEM, NOODLE.) when i received my order, the chow mein (NOODLE) had no chow mein noodles????? OR THE RICE I WAS FORCED AGAINST MY WILL TO CHOOSE WITH MY NOODLE DISH. there was no rice!!!! The dish looked so unappetizing, I threw it straight to the trash.

My point is, the lady on the phone has a horrible attitude and they dont even know what chow...

I ordered a house special egg foo young with extra shrimp and beef for lunch. When I picked up my food the only meat in it was shrimp. I was at work so I called them to tell them my order was wrong. The lady got irate and said I could no longer be a customer. She also said she would give me a refund. I really didn’t want my money back because I was hungry, I just wanted what I paid for. When I went after work, I bought the remainder of the food to show that the order wasn’t right. She refused to talk to me like an adult, threw my refund on the counter and snatched the food . She then proceeded to throw the remainder of the food away. I’ve never been treated that way in my life!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. The food is mediocre, they are PREJUDICE and the customer service...

I decided to change up where I go for Chinese and placed an online order for take out. I walked in no hello, kid is playing on his phone sitting down. Finishes what he’s doing and then asks for my phone number. I go and get my drink and he argues with me for 5 minutes about a can vs bottle. While online it just says the name of the soda. I showed him what it says and I wasn’t getting a can. I asked him what he needed from me to get this bottle, he proceeded to pull up the difference in the ounces while he has another customer at the register. I haven’t been here for years and I can’t say I want to come back from the poor service start to finish I couldn’t even get silverware...
