I've worked in Grove City for 4 years and I'm sad nobody has ever told me about this gem! Amazing service! I went there with my two boys (4 & 7) and the service was quick, friendly, and despite getting really busy shortly after we arrived, nobody got frazzled and they worked beautifully together, like a well oiled machine! They even let me place my entire order but they didn't serve our ice cream until we were done with our dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they would bring our food to us on the super cute patio after ordering. As a mom alone with her two kids they made the visit easy and were so patient as we tried to make up our minds. Lots of options to choose from! Looking forward to...

I’ve been going to Mona’s for several years and always enjoy the ice cream. Last night was very different. I came through the drive thru, there were two girls at the window goofing off. I ordered a scoop of black cherry in a dish, a scoop of butter pecan in a dish, and a scoop of chocolate and coffee in a dish as a well. The first scoop came out on a cone, I told the girl nicely I asked for it in a dish and I got the dirtiest look ever. They gave us our ice cream and we left.On the way home as my friend was eating the butter pecan ice cream out came a black hair that was about 6 inches long from the center of the ice cream as she scooped. She threw up and so did I. Hopefully this never happens...

Just moved to the area and wanted to find a nice ice cream spot. Not sure if this is common down here but when someone orders a cone with 1 scoop, you fill the cone then just put one scoop of ice cream on top. I got a waffle cone with one scoop of Cookies and Cream, when I noticed there was nothing under the scoop in the actual cone itself I asked and he said that’s how they do it. So I was basically charged $5 for a cone and a small scoop of ice cream. Does not make sense, so I ended up putting the scoop in bowl to eat later and ate...
