As my local Wendy’s, I really try to give this Wendy’s the benefit of the doubt. It’s hard to get workers right now, so they’re probably understaffed, that kind of thing. However, I’ve been there to hear a female manager or assistant manager yelling at the crew in front of customers, repeated my order multiple times to a clearly very high employee, but the biggest issue is the drive thru speed. It is consistently slower than molasses. And you just have to enter the drive thru knowing it’s going to be at least a 15 minute process, and when you get to the menu you’ll be waiting a good 3-4 minutes before someone is able to even take your order. In the past few days I’ve attempted a late night order. The first time I waited 7-8 minutes just to get to the point to place my order to learn they were not accepting cards and could only take exact change. And just now I waited at drive thru to no response before giving up entirely and going to Taco Bell. I wonder who the manager and owner of this location is, and do they even care about owning a business? They have recently invested in updating the interior and putting up the new logo design, but perhaps they need to look into caring about...
Read moreI have been to quite a few Wendy’s in my life but this is by far the worst. The reason being is because I placed my order then proceeded to the window to pay, when I got to the window the first thing the employee working the window said to me is “what is a dike?” No hello, no how are are, he asked me what a dike is. Now first of all that is irrelevant to his position but also completely ignorant. I am a lesbian woman with short hair and with it being 2018 I think we all know what that is and that it is a derogatory term for a lesbian. He could clearly tell my sexual preference and knew exactly what he was asking. I am outraged that Wendy’s would have someone that rude and ignorant as an employee. I have had my fare share of hurtful comments in my life but that by far was the most inappropriate seeing as I was spending my money at that location. This store needs to educate their employees on professionalism and diversity. You don’t have to agree with my sexual orientation but you can keep your comments to yourself. I will NOT be spending anymore money on this corporation and I will be sure to make sure friends and family don’t...
Read moreWhile taking "Covid" into consideration as Yelp suggests I give this Wendy's a single star versus the negative two star review they deserve based upon service, friendliness, and cleanliness. Note that this Wendy's is also housed with a Tim Hortons. The Wendy's side of this place is terrible per my photo (pics on Yelp) of the entry floors, tables left uncleaned, bathroom- disgusting, and the staff is plain rude. They act like the customer in which they depend upon for their revenue and livelihood are a burden rather than a necessity. I waited for someone to greet me or at least take my order in the drive through for so long that I finally came inside. Bad mistake. I waited even longer to even be acknowledged. I know understaffing is an issue in most place's but they had 8 people that I could see on hand. Tim Horton's had 4 however I witnessed Horton employees stopping what they were doing to at least greet customers. I ended up going to the Horton side for my lunch and had a great experience from a restaurant with half the staff. Plus all their tables were clean, and...
