We visited this location during their 'happy hour' where several items are $1.00. The roast beef sandwiches are also on special at 2 for $6. The cashier rang up everything at regular price. The person (in her 80s) in our party paying for the meal was not aware of the specials and (we believe) she was taken advantage of by the cashier. Shame on the cashier/server for purposefully doing this and SHAME on Arby's management for not training their personnel to NOT PRICE GOUGE customers, especially older people. Awful. 🤯 🤬
The fries tasted like they were made earlier in the week and were stone cold. Nothing was real appetizing after the other incident.

I arrived at 11:39pm. According to Google, thus location closed at 12am. All lights were on and an employee was sitting at a table inside. I was in the drive thru when the employee knocked on the window and signed that they were done for the night. If it's hard to find workers why not make every dollar you can with the ones you have. I left work and drove across town to get something to eat for myself and some co-workers. I was on time, with plenty of time left to waste. I was not able to get any food because this location closed early. Be professional and change your closing time online or stay open till the time you say that you will.
