There seems to be a problem with home fries in the morning they're not letting them dry over the oil long enough sometimes. However service is usually good as well on occasion it seems like you're standing there yet they're taking care of the drive-thru people like three or four cars while you're still standing there and sometimes you could be the only one at the counter so I think that there's some how do you want to say management timing I guess maybe you know they make the people wait at the counter they're only allowing people to eat for 30 minutes and then they have to leave little taken by that also because I've never seen a restaurant do that to anybody anywhere at any time it's right on the door makes it tough if you want to go there after church or you know if you want to meet your friend and it's a mutual area and you both like Burger King kind of makes it tough to hang out to talk I mean you are eating as well so like I know a lot of seniors like to get together and they have their coffee and they Chit Chat they're not there for 30 minutes they're there for a little while those people that's probably the only time they get to even get out of the house I just don't understand the whole thing of the 30 minutes so I don't go there as much I used to go there 2 to 3 times a day now I only go there for an iced tea sometimes in all fairness for the hash brown thing I was talking about being too way too greasy the lady that usually does the mornings Marion is her name that place has a nice flow when she's there working and by no means is it her fault that she didn't know that the fries were that greasy so I mean we got to be fair with that it was the person doing the hash browns there are nice people and they have nice Crews the place is always clean and Staffing General as far as talking to customers have always been nice so I hope this is considered a good review cuz it is just a couple things bothered me which is not the employees it is I guess corporate the 30 minutes and then it's the one person doing the home fries in the morning they need to make sure they're properly through the process drip drying over the heat before they're put into dispense to the customers you cannot take those out anything out of a fry later and just throw it into the bin to let the other people at the counter or the window grab the...

Read moreToday I decided to stop in to the Burger King on South highland across the street from the courthouse. I try to be as genuinely sweet and kind as I can be especially to fast food workers because their jobs are not easy. The experience that I had at this Burger King today has caused me to lose my love for the Burger King franchise. The service was horrible. I was talked to like a dog. They would not explain things to me. Simple things like why I waited in line for almost 20 minutes only to get an old piece of chicken on a bun with wilted brown lettuce and I paid $10.69 for the meal. The chicken fries were cold. The french fries were cold. The burger had also wilted lettuce and rotten tomatoes on it. I just don't understand how you can serve food that you would not eat yourself. $36 is what I spent on that meal. It was a hassle going in and a hassle coming out and I feel that people really need to look into the management over this Burger King. The way they are treating people is absolutely horrific. They should be ashamed....
