Peppermint Addie’s & co — Restaurant in Jackson

We stopped in to Peppermint Addie’s last night for some dessert. We had the ice cream, the pistachio, the strawberry, and butter pecan. All were good. The ice cream is good old fashioned “hard” ice cream to be scooped. You can also buy topping for them, or get a shake made of whatever flavor. They had cookies as well that looked good, it we didn’t try any of them. The place was very inviting inside. They had several places to sit and even several games you could play while sitting and enjoy your ice cream. They even had a coin operated pac man game that was cool to see. So a nice little place in downtown Jackson to grab something...

SOOO SWEEEET!! Not just the wonderful desserts....oh no...Also the staff, the ambiance, and the service! The 'family-feels' cut right through as I witness my grandchild feel at ease to play games and visit with the children seated next to us. Though 'stuffy' describes my belly after inhaling my delightful ice cream and handmade waffle cone, 'stuffy' in no way describes the experience when dining in. If you haven't visited yet....well, what are you waiting...

Best ice cream she makes it from scratch!! Her Pralines will save you a trip to New Orleans they are so good!! She is a great young lady that is doing great things. Shop local eat local pour into...
