Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

I think I would rather starve than to have to witness what I just heard and saw here. I hope you are reading this corporate. This one person working at this location has the absolute worst attitude I have ever witnessed in a restaurant! This is an example of how NOT to act in public. I work at the Goodyear right next to this Burger King, and I needed something to eat quickly. I walked in, and the girl there said she would be right with me. I had to stand there 5 minutes before she even attempted to take my order. When she finally walked to the front, I start saying my order, and she interrupted me right in the middle of what I was saying just to argue and swear with the other workers. She did that two times. The third time, she just left and continued to swear loudly and talk offensively to the workers. Every customer in the restaurant (maybe even the people near the drive through window) can here the cursing. After another person took my order, she then refused to make it. Basically, her words were “F u B I’m not making S”. Like, who in the world talks like this to their workers?!” I can’t even really describe how terrible this experience was! The manager has an inferiority complex or thinks his fast food job is the best he can get. I bought food there twice and there were problems with both orders. I called to inform him and he reluctantly fixed both. The problem occurred on the second when he announced while on the phone that I said my salad isn't fixed right and it had no or not enough cheese on it. He then said a few other things to the crew and asked aloud who made the salad then proceeded to ask if they put cheese on it, said again my salad had no cheese or bacon on it. He said they need to do better because "This Lady on the phone said her salad was messed up". I had to listen to that and was in shock that he(a manager) would do that. There needs to be some re training at this location ASAP. I can make a better salad than this. This is less than a pinch of cheese. I go to other Burger King locations and their salads have better appearances. You know that salad should gave more cheese on it. The one on Beasley Road have the worst set of managers to work there. One Sunday morning, I ordered 4 crousaint breakfast sandwiches which totaled to be $8.72. I gave the woman at the counter 10 dollars and 75 cents, so the woman just gave me 3 cents back. THEN, she had the nerve to walk off, I kept calling for her until she came back. I told her what she did, but didn't get no apology. Yet, she claimed it was an accident and started to quote a bible scripture, SMH. The other thing was that they had some sandwiches already prepared and the girl grab some and warmed them up. I was Definitely not happy, and asked the manager if I could get mine freshly made and the almost thief got mad. So, I finally got my order done right , and the manager didn't even look at me or said Thankyou, have a great day. I swear, I don't plan on coming back to that Burger King no time soon in...
