Subway — Restaurant in Jackson

On 7/30/17 at approximately 20:00 hrs. I went to get a sandwich at the subway in Jackson. By far one of the worst food service experiences I have ever endured. The two woman behind the counter were in no rush to handle the long line of customers. One of the woman actually made herself a sandwich and then left without restocking or helping with the long line. Several customers entered and exited the store because the wait was so terrible. The remaining employee serving food was rude and incredibly slow to do anything. From the time I entered to the time I received my sandwich took nearly 40 minutes, it should be noted that there were only three people in front of me. By the time I finally left I had watched nearly 20 customers come and go without being served. This subway is a joke and the only saving grace for them is that there are no other subways within 50 miles to compete....

EDIT - I am increasing my review as the owner reached out to me personally to discuss the issues I mentioned in my review. I was impressed by his desire to improve and incorporate feedback from the community, so I added stars.

I don't usually leave reviews but this is a horrible place with high employee turnover, no attention to detail, and no actual interest or effort in the job. When I've gone and picked things up that I have ordered the food is often cold or made incorrectly. Half the time I try to order on Uber Eats they don't even fulfill the order. Today was the last straw, I ordered food, they waited over an hour to decide to make it, then told me they were out of every type of bread but one. Terrible experience, avoid this place. Go to one of the other sandwich places in town and save yourself...

Went in for two sandwiches I ordered a footlong flatbread was told they were out of cheese, flatbread looked like there was a bite taken out of the bread after I got everything on my sandwich I wanted the lady working rolled my sandwich like a burrito. I wanted a sandwich not a burrito. Go to pay and she spilled my change on the floor and did not want to give me the rest of my change until I asked for it. The other sandwich had no issues until I got to my car and saw that I got a six inch for the flatbread but was charged for two footlong. Honestly extremely disappointed with the service and food. Will never come to this subway again I'd rather drive the hour to alpine or hour and a half to Afton for good subway. 0/10 would...
