After watching the line worker drop the pan with a tortilla inside the pan, he proceeded to (without hesitation i might add) pick both tortilla and pan off floor didn't even attempt to wipe it off just proceeded to make MY bacon egg and cheese rollups. After trying to address the workers disturbing mishap with the guy on drive through and being brushed off like he doesn't speak English, after 2 separate $25+ orders, and no respectable customer service the food was handed out to us. My floor touching b,e,&c rollups was missing the bacon also smelled like chemicals. We also received the wrong sandwich that without a second thought was tried and it actually tasted like the rollups smelled. Again, trying to contact the manager or any dunkin donuts employee inside that specific store via phone and in person through the drive through window once again Noone answered the phone number found on Google nor acknowledged us through the drive up. And front lobby still locked up had no choice but to take our loss and try another outlet such as this review. 3 hungry and excited paying customers at dunkin donuts for the first time were extremely disappointed, concerned, baffled and still hungry developed severe stomach pains, Diarra and vomiting within moments. Read moreFirst and last time ever going to this location. I ordered a $6 meal deal with a black iced coffee/sandwhich and a hot butter pecan swirl. The person taking my order added and deleted stuff off the screen 5 or 6 times and kept apologizing (already a questionable sign). I pull up to the window and was told my total was $18+. I asked if the butter pecan swirl was $12 considering the only other thing I ordered was a $6 meal deal to which he says "oh, you didnt order two meal deals?" He grabs who I presume was the manager and person who took my order and he rudely insists that I did order two and he is taking it off, slams the window and takes the second sandwhich out of the bag and slams that on the counter. He then reopens the window without telling me the correct total and takes my card. Hands me the single sandwhich and an ICED butter pecan swirl but not one of the two ice coffees that was included in the meal deal I paid for. I have never had my order being taken correctly turned into rocket science like this and still did not even receive the correct drink and had to ask for the single iced coffee I paid for with my meal deal, all the while dealing with the most unprofessional and hostile attitude imaginable. 10/10 do not recommend giving this...

There was a misunderstanding on my part because I ordered an iced latte not knowing it wouldnt be frozen seeing as the ad posted looked as if it was frozen, when I asked to get what I wanted I was told to drink it anyways that I would like it. When I drank it I did not like it at all. I went and asked to get what I wanted (wasnt paying $6 to get something that's going to go to waste) and the older lady named Yeia gave me a hard time told me I was wrong and that she would remake it but next time I needed to order it right. I asked her if she had added my extra espresso that I paid for to go in it and she said I would have to pay extra. I showed her the prices were the same and showed her my receipt and I should be able to get my espresso shot. She handed it to me in a cup on the side and said I'd have to add it myself. No problem but she literally shooed me away....
