Now that I am no longer a customer, I will share my experience in hopes that no one will have to suffer like us. A few months ago my wife needed a new phone, they upgraded the wrong phone number on the plan in the store. Over 3 days we spent 5 hours in the store for them to fix their errors. They did admit fault and apologize, but said nothing could be done to compensate for the problem. Service with them has now been cancelled. The main person who works there is very arrogant and condescending to customers. He is very short with customers and when they leave the store he will talk about them and how stupid they are with other customers that are still in the store. He also talks about the other employees to customers as well. Both of these situations happened in my 5 hours in the store. If you were a young lady who had just been hired a few months ago, you were there one of the days I was there. The next day I came in, you weren't there. He told me about you and that you weren't capable of doing that job and that you were not a good employee and you were not going to be working there much longer. Read moreCame into the store the other day because I needed help with my phone. I was very surprised to find out that Jordan the Manager had taken another job. Jordan is the only reason I stayed with Cricket for so long, he was always very pleasant and knowledgeable when I came into the store. The only poor experience I had was when There was an Arabic gentleman (who told me he was the owner) and another younger guy. The young kid was trying to help me but the transaction was taken over by the owner. He seemed very condescending when speaking to the other employee, but the funny part is he upgraded the wrong number. I came back in the day after very upset and Jordan calmed me down fixed the issue and talked me into staying. I will not give my business to a company who doesn’t value their employees.
