McDonald's — Restaurant in Jackson

This has by far been the worst job experience ever. I have proudly been an employee of McDonald's for exaxtly 2 years and 1 day. I have had the opportunity to work at 3 different locations including this one. The managers are rude for no reason, most of them are irresponsible because they forget to order things like french fry sleeves and cups, the crew members are lazy, the shift managers can't even work together as a team to finalize a set schedule for the week, and most of the employees go to work high. I was working there for 6 weeks and never received a proper McDonald's uniform. There were plenty of times where I walked all the way from Jackson State University eager to work just to be sent home due to "too many workers" even though my name was on the schedule . On Thursday, May 7th, 2015, I was wrongfully terminated. The General manager who fired me couldn't even tell me the exact reason to why as she fired me. After I went outside to calm down, I calmly walked back inside to sit down, charge my phone, and wait for my ride. A few minutes later, a random police came through to purchase some water. The GM then tapped my shoulder, and told me that she called the police because I was a threat to her store. After she told me that, she then walked to up to the police and told him that I needed to be escorted out because I was a threat to the store. I wouldn't budge because I had every right to sit in that store and patiently, calmly wait for my ride to make a U-turn to come pick me up after she turned back flips with her eyes closed to get me to work on time. The police snatched my arm, grabbed my shirt and I ended up shirtless in the store I also ended up pantsless too. A few moments later after I was sent away in a cop car, my ride showed up. A manager told my ride that the reason I got arrested was because I was mad because I was fired for being 30 mins late. I forgot to mention earlier in this post that at 4:00am, I received a call saying that I come in at 5:00pm. The police came in at 5:37pm and I arrived at the scene at 4:56pm. This was a form of being publicly humiliated by the General Manager and I really hope that the owner of the store sees this post.

I am passing thru on way back to Texas. As a traveler I see it all. As an past employee of the McDonald's chain I have 18 yrs under my belt experience. To start , location was clean and people were freindly. But really need to be more clear on repeating orders, and when you order something on order board that says Big Breakfast with hot cakes you shouldn't be asked is that with hot cakes. As it clearly says with hot cakes,for $4.99. or mabye should ask with or without the hot cakes. Either way I wasn't asked. When I figured out it didn't have hot cakes I had to buy another big breakfast. So employee called Mgr over to give my refund. Well from time I ordered to time of refund was ten mins and no food. I waited five more mins to get food and when I got it no condiments so I asked for them . It took another five mins just to get butter. They were not present ups made so faster transaction. And the had to get some from frezzer because the didn't have any in walk in. It seemed they didn't care because five people standing around no body getting butter. So I left to go sit down to eat. They showed up when I was half Finnished with pancakes. Sorry they said and handed them to me. Only thing I was great ful for was my sandwich was still hot. I wish the franchise Mcds would carry all items that Corp carries. I asked if they had steak beagle and they said they don't sell it here. Well that doesn't seem right. Ok . For just passing thru. so i got there early before work and it took them like over 30 mins to give me 2 mcgriddles the line was a lil busy so i went inside i saw that there were ppl waiting inside and i shouldve just left but i thought they were just waiting on biscuits since they informed me that there was a 15-20 min wait on them. i didnt want a biscuit anyway so i ordered two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles and i asked for a mocha coffee . she said mocha machine was broke, which is funny cuz i went there weeks ago and asked for a mocha and they told me the mocha machine wasnt clean. so hen i sai fine ill get a large orange juice, orange juice machines broken so im like wth?? its only 9 am yall pose to serve breakfast all day now first of sll but they dont even have most of the food for it. so lie why were yall even serving breakfast at all that day. then they had ppl waiting and they sitting there bickering among-st themselves. i was late for work cuz i already paid. and i didnt think it would have taken so long for two griddles,especially when i got there early. then when i got to work a piece of the egg was still slightly cold and the pancake part was hard in some places. i feel like after 2 or three weeks they wouldve gotten their act together.. im very...
