McDonald's — Restaurant in Jackson

This has to be the worst McDonald's location I have ever visited. We stopped just to get an iced coffee (I generally love McDonald's iced coffee) and a sweet tea. The staff was rude. The young lady who took the order never once smiled and moved glacially slow. Thinking that we would get our simple order quickly, we waited at the pickup area of the counter. We overheard one staff member ask another, "What are they waiting for?" in a disgusted tone of voice. We continued to wait. There was no tea in the self-serve drink area, so we tried to ask if it could be filled at the drive-thru drink station, but we were ignored. Finally, a female staff member asked, "What do you want?" We told her and she filled the tea order from the drive-thru station. We continued to wait on the coffee. It was over five minutes from the time we ordered until we received the coffee. I had ordered my usual large size, expecting the usual 32-ounce drink that I always order. At some locations, "large" is more like 24 ounces, which is a medium at our local McDonald's location. At this restaurant, though, "large" was a 16-ounce glass that was weak and lacked the good coffee flavor I expect from McDonald's. You could not pay me to set foot in this location again. I can understand one person maybe having a bad day, even though that is no excuse for rude behavior when your job is customer service oriented. At this McDonald's, though, EVERYONE must have been having a bad day! I do not recommend...

Quality anything at this location has been awful for months now. Seemingly not staffed enough...they have two drive-thru lines but only one person seems to work them anymore, leaving one line completely silent. I've witnessed drive-offs because of this. Even at lunchtime, food tastes like they prepped it early and it has sat in a warmer. OR you sometimes get hot yet uncooked nuggets that they pulled up far too soon that taste like cleaning chemicals, if they put your full order in the bag at all.

My daughter and I both ordered and checked in through the app one visit and they gave my daughter her food but left me sitting there. When I finally went in 20 ish minutes later, they told me that they had already delivered to that car, so they "tossed the other order". Yeah....no. Not cool, people.

Expect to wait longer to order and for service than at other locations.

Don't bother asking for anything to be put down fresh. It doesn't work at this location. They'll agree to it and you'll still get lukewarm mediocrity.

Check to see if you got everything you ordered. Because, odds are that you didn't.

Manners have gone out the window and "friendly service" has become mediocrity at best. I went through Monday and the cashier at window #1 didn't even speak to me and closed the window when I told her to have a good day and the woman at the second window responded with "yeah" and closed the window.

I'm done going to this spot. Prime location but awful...

Worst I have seen in a long time, dirty restrooms, took almost 10 minutes to place order and 15 mins to get food. Staff and Manager rude, lack of any manners, lady at the cash register asked her manager for help ringing up a new $6 classic meal and he would not help her just yelled at her to ring it up, she got upset and stormed off to the Ladies restroom and left customer standing there over 5 mins, customer was going to leave and manager finally came over, it took him several minutes to figure it out saying he did not know anything about the deal. No ketchup, had to ask manager for it and he says nothing but chucks 2 packets into my bag. Very poor customer service and lousy management. Was nearly run over by another employee in lobby and she did not even apologize or say excuse me. Medium fries were unsalted and they did not even fill up the box.I feel cheated and will never eat here again. Lots of other places will appreciate you and you business and money more than this excuse of...
