Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson

First I ordered on the app and it charged me three times. I called the Jackson Georgia location. They told me that there was nothing they can do about it. It was 9:35pm when I called I asked if I can come up there and just pay for the pizza I knew that they closed at 10 o’clock, they told me that they don’t do any indoor orders after 9:40 PM, finally it goes through on the app before 10 PM. They deliver it at my house on my front door without telling me without ringing my doorbell or knocking on my door not sure how long it’s been sitting out there but it’s cold and it’s burnt, this is no way to do customer service. I’ve been dealing with Papa Johns most of my life. This was no way to treat customers, very poor management when it clearly says 10 PM they want to close the doors at 9:40 that is 100% laziness. That is one lazy manager , I will be contacting somebody and see if I can get a refund for this cold burnt nasty pizza 🍕, do better, I expect better...

I called in for a large pizza and knots at 530 pm. I was told it would take 45 minutes. I went to pick up pizza at 640 pm and I was told it would be ready in 35 to 40 minutes. There are 4 people in four corners just standing around. One cashier and a bierded man just standing around shaking his head. It is so awful to see so many people in a facility doing so little with such poor production. 😢 I am amazed at how places like this can afford to stay open. I love Papa John's, but today was the worse service ever. Ordered my food entering Jackson from Griffin, stopped at Zaxbys, got gas, and when I got to Papa Johns (2nd Street in square), my food was not ready. I was told it is still in the oven. 10 mins later, the wings is still in the oven all this time customers coming in and getting food. 10 minutes later I asked for a refund because this is now 45 minutes.
