CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Jackson

I went 2 time Wednesday evening to get a photo printed to go with a frame for a Birthday. 1st visit was great and got a Good price on a single photo print. 2nd visit was not quite as well ended up paying over 7 times as much for the 5×7 as the 4×6 After making the transaction with the cashier, the same one from 40 minutes earlier with the 1st one I realized I didn't and she didn't ask if I had a cvs card. So I said I know why it went up so much. And said I forgot to scan my cvs card. She she said o I'm sorry and walked off. No offer to refund or redo the transaction. If the 2nd single print hadn't have cost me the rediciouls price I probably would have been giving 5 stars for the 2 visits. But I think from previous cvs experiences that's just the norm. I just haven't had much luck with cvs expesialy the Pharmacy and getting prescription on time or at all. And never without a super long wait and...

Need a new and better pharmacy in town. This place sucks and that’s giving credit where it isn’t due. Stopped in to drop off a prescription with no desire to wait for it to be filled. Been here over 40 mins while they worked with 1 customer who is having issues getting all his prescriptions or something. Why not make the complicated order wait while they cycle through those who need to drop off a prescription or pick up a prescription that’s filled and waiting? Nope, make everyone wait, 1 customer at a time and so far seen 2 people give up, step out of line and left.

I have had my Dr call in my order in the morning, show up the next afternoon and be told it will be filled by 3PM just to show up the next day and it’s still not filled. We can teach monkeys to fly rockets and airplanes but we can’t teach people how to run a pharmacy and offer quick reliable...

A year ago our pharmacies in our town all decided they couldn’t do it any more. Big Brother was taking over getting the pricing and shutting them down. CVS paid dearly for this, even had the suits come down and boy there are some dummies that need to read the book and now you work for cvs. Some were ok but my experience terrible. NOW A YR LATER ITS FANTASTIC . Customers are moving help us there. No 3 mile back up outside or inside. They have turned it around...
