Great music, great food, fast service, would definitely come back! The menu wasn't very overwhelming, making it a bit easier to find what you wanted to order. Next time I come back, I'll be ordering a beer or two. Look to the posters for some of the choices, assuming they are available on-site. The waitress we had was very nice. Even though she told us she was still in training (assuming she told us that so we would be a bit more patient, which was understandable), she did a fantastic job. She got our drink and food orders rather quickly. My wife had the SoCal wrap with a house salad and dill ranch on the side. The dill ranch was excellent. The wrap...not good enough to write home about, but if I ordered it, I would have nothing left. I had the 12" Smoker's Pie, which was a BBQ pizza. I had it with chicken (pork was an alternate option). The chicken wasn't overcooked, the crust was crispy and on-point. The ricotta cheese added an odd texture to it. I think I could have done without it, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I'd suggest seeing if they would let you order half with and half without the ricotta to see how you'd want it. Overall, I had a great experience there. I'd highly recommend it.

Great food... always happy with quality overall! Try the burger pizza. Edit: 090219 As of today I'm not sure how much I actually really want to come back here.. The service here was awful, basically we had a party of 6 and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. No-one got drink refills without flagging someone down which is a big deal at a place that calls itself a brewery... We saw our waitress a total of 6 times, and we were there an hour an a half. That includes the times when she brought us our tickets, took our cards, and brought them back. At first it was kinda funny how long it was talking for everything, but then it became annoying the longer it went on. We gave her the benefit of the doubt at first, but then we started seeing the other people with another server getting things much quicker than we did and they came in at about the same time. Needless to say the pizza was good and the beer was great, but the experience with our server trumped anything good and was annoying. This kind of experience will really make me second guess coming back, and it seemed the other 2 small groups that she served were getting the same service. All of this being said, my father in law recieved a glass with lipstick on it. Which really makes you wonder how well the glasses were actually washed that evening (I'm including the picture in this post). As anyone reading this can see. It is a far cry from my original review, as I would say 85-90% of the reviews I leave are positive. I have always been a big fan of rockndough as I have conducted business meetings and invited friends there alike in the past. This review is to inform management of the quality of service on labor day 2019 in case they were away as it was a holiday. If someone was hurting my business I'd want to know.

My wife and I eat here from time to time but with us it's all about timing. Years ago we quit going to dinner the same time the entire town does. When it gets crowded in there, it's very loud, just like any restaurant. We love this place mainly because it has a Gluten Free crust because my wife has Celiac disease. The only problem is, if you are going to serve a gluten free pizza...have gluten free beer available. I feel like we train restaurants in different parts of the country with this issue. Some of them will say "Well, they don't seem to sell very well." The secret is to place a large sign inside that says "Gluten Free Beer Available"..that simple. One pizza place we visited in Florida had the biggest selection of GF Beer in the entire Southeast. They had the entire collection of GLUTENBERG out of Canada. The Red and the Stout are her favorites. I even order it myself sometime. The service is great at Rockin' Dough. We run an Airbnb that is one mile from the Jackson Walk and have Rockin' Dough listed in our book and are about to put a photo of the restaurant up on the wall for our guests. When we get in the mood for pizza..that's our place to go.

I'm in-and-out of this location frequently for gig work and always love the interaction and lively environment. However, tonight I came in to pick up my own Cauliflower/Carnivore 12 with white sauce and had the most terrible time while asking for the price of an extra Pizza Sauce on the side. So, after about 3 minutes explaining to her that I understood my own order,as well as what white sauce is, and would still like Pizza Sauce on the side in case anyone else wanted any on their slice. I was handed 4 oz of marinara at a $2.50 price tag. Honestly, the pizza itself was great, topped with quality meats and the Cauliflower crust was baked to perfection. I'll definitely be back more often as a customer and not just as a gig-worker. If nothing else but to get a more "photogenic" pizza.

The menu itself was nasty. When welcomed in and placed at a booth, the menus were put on the table. 🤦♀️ The food wait time was great. The dough, in general, is really good. The pepperoni had a spicy kick, but not to overbearing. The pasta sauce had a good kick flavor. Food will get cold quickly if you don't eat it when they bring it to the table. If you like the buttery flavor/ taste, it's a good place to eat. The bathroom was functional with paper towels and hand dryers. The door has different uses. Waiters and waitress attentiveness are greatly appreciated throughout the meal. The music was a mix of rock.

Refueling with food and beer, we were on the hunt for a great pizzeria. When you find craft beer that pairs perfectly with hand-tossed pizzas, you're as close to heaven as it gets. Our GPS worked overtime to guide us from the interstate to this spot, and though I was initially skeptical of a brewery/pizza place in a shopping mall, it proved to be a gem. The Hawaiian pizza was incredible, with a great crust and fresh cheese that pulled off perfectly. The wide selection of beers made this lunch outstanding! It was worth the drive off the interstate and the extra time it took to find this place.
