Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Jackson

I have been purchasing from this establishment since they opened the doors due to its closeness to my work. I have never had an issue before last week. I have been using the convenient app to order my food and walk over to pick it up. Never had any type of issue. Last week there was an error when I ordered a smoothie. I backed out of it and reordered once again, still showed an error. I then let a co-worker order on her online app. Once again it showed error. She went to the facility and paid cash for my Smoothie. I looked on my online bank account and both transactions had came out of my bank account in the amount of 8.22 per order. Also my co-worker was also charged the 8.22. In the end Tropical Smoothie came out with a surplus of 24.66 and I got nothing. I did contact the store and gave my name and personal cell phone number and was told a Manager would call. I did not hear from anyone. I called back a few days later and was given the direct phone number to the Manager and called and left voicemail because no-one answered the phone. I explained in detail what happened and I still have not heard back. This is 6 days later. I am very disappointed in this managers customer service. I will not purchase...

If you want terrible customer service in the morning please go see Nishita. I went there this morning to get two smoothies and it was the first time I had horrible customer service. I regretted spending my money there today! I love the smoothies and the food here so I won’t let one bad apple ruin it for the others. She was on the phone, practically threw the smoothies in my car and served attitude the whole time. FYI when you pay on the card machine make sure to look at it before entering your card because a tip is already selected for you. We had zero communication at the window, I guess because she was on the phone, just window slams and items roughly handed to me....

Fantastic service and an absolute masterpiece of a smoothie. It being my first time here I asked the cashier for suggestions and she offered a palate of ideas and finally I decided on a "Blimey Limey" with a Lime Edible Straw. While watching it being assembled I knew it was going to be good but it was even better than I had expected. As soon as I cracked the lid an elegant blend of delicious fruit aromas hit my nose. The taste was even better. Sweet but not overly so yet somehow tart and a perfect consistency. Everything I like a fruit smoothie to be. The flavor of the edible straw just adds a touch more to the mix. I'll definitely be coming back for the food...
