Five Below — Local services in Jackson

The quality of products, the cleanliness, and the staffing have gone downhill here. I ended up paying $12 for a metal laptop stand when it was sitting on a shelf stating $6. There were three of them there, too.

There's no individual price tags on most items, so you would think the shelf price would be correct. It was not.

I tried to bring this up to an unhelpful cashier but they just responded with "if it comes up 12.00, it's 12.00" without being empathetic nor doing anything to at least refund me the difference for their mistake.

I'm contemplating not buying from here anymore. It's become a shadow of its former self. Plus the price gouging that's going on everywhere is also affecting here so that's also a factor.

Myself, my husband and our small child just left here. There was a black lady there that I had never seen before. She came over and offered a logo bag for us to purchase. I assumed she was just being oddly kind at first. She then proceeds to stand behind my family, extremely too close, you could feel her breathing on you. She is extremely intrusive and just stayed there until we checked out the few things we had with no basket. It was so uncomfortable and embarrassing. We also watched her do the same to another person with one item. Due to her creepy behavior, we will never return to...

Gets a 1 star only because I can't give 0. I went in today for the first time in a while and to my surprise they ONLY have self checkouts. That's a big disappointment and that was my last time in the store period, no more! The ladies thought it was both funny and I'm sure rude that I was telling this to someone on the phone but I guess there will be no more laughs when their out of a job. Everyone needs to think about this when they opt to use a self check out. Regardless of what the stores are saying it really is putting humans out...
