Waffle House — Restaurant in Jackson

Edit of previous review. Zero stars for zero service. Because on 06/19/21 at around 12:30 we entered the restaurant, seated ourselves, and watched in amazement as we were totally ignored by not one, but 3 servers for a total of 14 minutes before finally leaving. It was only when we hit the first exit door that our presence was acknowledged, when the cook shouted out to the servers that their table just left because they weren't waited on. For 14 minutes we watched as the waitstaff played behind the front line amongst themselves. Laughing, cutting up and talking. We promptly drove a couple of miles to the Huddle House located in town, where we were greeted with a friendly hello, served water and menus and had our order taken within a matter of minutes. Thank you Jamie for the phenomenal cooked to order omelet, to our server for the friendly and professional service and to Tara for the professionalism and management skills required to hire a staff that truly cares about their customer base. We will not be back to this...

My Husband and I just went to this Particular Waffle House in Jackson, Georgia ....but Babeeee.⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Mr. William "Will" {the Manager}his staff..... Ms. Jay {the Cook} Ms. Minta{Our Waitress}were all Fantastic...Our Food was Excellently Cooked to Perfection.....Our Waitress was on point with her timing in serving us .... she was very sufficient to our needs and her Customer Service was Very Compassionately shown .....the atmosphere an Vibes are what every Waffle House should have.....their Service was Expeditiously shown to us.....I saw the other Reviews and maybe they went at a different time or they had a different Manager and Staff, but we did Not Experience No Negativity here at this establishment what so ever...so go and get this experience we had...you definitely won't be disappointed...this staff was working together like your Family in the kitchen during the Holidays....Laughing and Happy doing their job in Serving....a Pleasant place...

I love Waffle House in general! It's clean, quick, organized, friendly...The atmosphere is a favorite diner style complete with traditional call out order and a jukebox and your choice of bar or booth seating ...I go on a regular basis to the Jackson, Georgia Waffle House... The food is always good, and if your order is off at all in the slightest, the cooks are more than glad to make it perfect for you, and the staff treats everyone like family, whether you are a first timer or seasoned regular...So no matter what your walk in life, whether trucker, lawyer, preacher, teacher, cop, or just anybody hungry and looking for a diner adventure, check out your local Waffle House, 24/7!
