So I'll start with positives. The burgers are very tasty. The store has been newly remodeled about 2 years ago....that's it.... EXTREMELY SLOW service. I went today inside this was my first Wendy's experience in about 12 months. There was 4 people in front of me. The cashier takes 5 minutes to take the first order. Then he just goes to the kitchen to help with making food. About 5 min past and the next guy gets tired of waiting and leaves. The next couple wait 5 more min, then leave. Still the cashier is working somewhere in the kitchen. Then I wait about 5 minutes and no worker even acknowledges me or says "I'll be with u in a min"...idk but it may seem like the manager purposely under-staffed his kitchen to save money...or the manger is extremely incompetent and obviously thinks the customer service is great... This is not the first time I have had to wait long here but it's by far the worst. The drive through is semi busy, but not terrible. So after 20 min of waiting I decided to leave. If the customers in front of me decided to stay it could have been 35 min before I even had a chance to order. Typically I get my food within 20-25 minutes at sit down restaurants so for any fast food restaurant its unacceptable. I might continue to eat Wendy's, but never at this location. Also the drive through has pot holes that has been there 5+ years.
I've read similar bad reviews for this location from months back and there is sometimes an owners response saying the review has been sent to managment... well if that's the case, nothing has changed...and probably...
Read moreI understand places get busy especially when mcdonalds is closed and everyone chooses the closest open place to eat which happens to be Wendy's but, my family and I waited our turn and understood. We ordered a bacon sandwich combo, chicken wrap just the wrap, and a plain classic chicken just the sandwich. It came out to be $25 and some change. No problem. After our card was ran the lady at the window told us their was no chicken wraps. Mind you they never gave us a receipt. They asked if we wanted anything else instead and of course we said acouple cookies. We got 2 sugar cookies. we had a blueberry pomegranate lemonade as well and they handed us a fruit punch. Normally I'm not one to complain. I understand people get busy and overwhelmed but my fiancé has been talking about this lemonade all day. The lady at the window didn't ask what was wrong with the order just rudely told us to pull up and slammed the window. We wait 20 more minutes it's around 11:45 before we finally get our right drink and guess what. Warm. Drinking the chunks of whatever it was felt like what i imagine drinking maggots would feel like.We decide to pull into a parking lot to eat our food so we can just go to bed when we get home, come to find out the burger was so sloppy and horrible he threw it up. The chicken sandwich wasn't plain,which seems like not a big thing but mayo makes me vomit. We go back through and wait again for a plain sandwich. Read more12 minutes is what it took for the cashier to actually turn around and acknowledge that we were there (she seemed overwhelmed and other employees walked by multiple times without eye contact). I asked my daughter if she wanted to go elsewhere due to the lack of acknowledgement 8 minutes in but she wanted to stay. When we finally ordered and then subsequently received my daughter's kid's meal with a dollar's worth of avocado, it was missing avocado, they were out of white milk but instead a child's extremely small cup of fountain water substituted (bottled water was shown on the menu as an option). At this point I realized I should just be thankful and move on. I did.
