Wendy's — Restaurant in Jackson

This has got to be the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to…6 in the evening, I placed a carry out order so that my food would be ready by the time I picked it up…NO. I go inside for my carry out order thinking it’d be ready and it’s not. There was maybe 7 or 8 employees working, 3 of them were MANAGERS…Didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting for my order every single one of them were talking and chit chatting behind the counter, kept staring back at me and chit chatting with one another. This “manager” FINALLY told two employees that my order was ready, the employees proceeded to go to the back, and came back up front to take care of the order BEHIND ME. After 15 minutes of waiting for my ONE person meal…I notice the worker behind the counter COOKING OUR FOOD is wiping his nose with his hands and tshirt and continues to make the food!!!!! Like sicknesses don’t exist??? NONE of the managers took care of me or any of their other customers. I have worked retail/customer service for 8+ years…THIS IS NOT how you take care of your customers! Absolutely, the worst customer service you can ever experience. The worst part…They were training someone…Such a shame that one person will learn how they “customer service.” Don’t come here, you’re better off going somewhere else to...

Horrible!!! I went 11/25/2023 7:40pm. Very rude! I told the cashier I wanted to use a coupon as well as my rewards points. She rung me up. When I got to the Win dow very rude n making m we wait longer than I have too our spite Then she didn't take off for my rewards but only the 3off coupon I had. I had ??? So I asked for my receipt that she did not give me to see if she took off for the kids meal on my rewards it did n9t take it off! The manager said nothing she can do it don't use reward and offer on the app at same time, but I don't understand why she didn't say this when I was ordering and on top of that it still took my rewards points like I got it for free. I will neva be back. I really loved going to this Wendy's and shopping with them since I come 1 to 2 times a week. But I want be back. When they first opened they were fine. Put all 5 orders of fries in the bag before putting my 4 burgers and 3 chicken sandwiches. The Pattie’s were all sitting on the grill and the grill was off and the were sitting there. After 10 mins with my fries waiting in the bag and them putting the black overcooked cold burgers together, I left. I opened a burger and it was not a hot juicy Wendy’s burger. It was a blacken , overcooked , room temperature patty. Not to mention the cold fries. It’s sad when a place opens up they are good when managed properly. When they are not managed properly, it goes down fast. I was excited to know we were getting a Wendy’s on exit 85 and now I’m just bummed. And before making anything, they made my frosty first. 😑 it was a milk shake by the time I got it home. I truly hope who ever owns this franchise reads this and fixes this before it’s too late and become like Burger...
