Awful customer experience, which is unfortunate because the food is great but not worth the difficulties and abusive staff.

Planning a large order I attempted to call from about 1pm until we arrived at 7:40, 20 minutes before close. I checked that I had been calling the right number and was informed they had turned the phone off because they were short staffed.

I told them it was a large order, they said that was fine, took my order and payment. I left to run errands for ten minutes, arriving back just after 8.

I went to pick up the food and was told that almost half the fish I ordered was unavailable, I was offered chicken however this was for a 21st birthday where the request was fish and chips and the birthday person doesn't eat chicken.

I was told brusquely that they were closed now so I could have chicken to replace half my fish but that was it.

I explained that I had tried to call and why it need to be fish. I was told "That's not my problem, just take chicken I don't believe they don't eat chicken".

I then told them no, I can't change someone's birthday meal and requested a refund

With a great deal of rudeness I got my refund which was incorrect, I politely pointed out that she had given me too much money on the refund. She snatched back the ten dollar note to change it for five singles, the correct amount. There was no acknowledgement that I had picked up that error and spoken up, just an additional rude dismissal.

Despite liking the food that is the last time we will get food from White's. For a place that advertises itself for friendly service and good food, well the only half lying but it still cost them all of...

A few things. I am deaf and read lips, starting with this. As it will be very important. I came in last night to get some food for my family to eat because being a single mom, and on the go. Seemed like a great idea. Went in ordered a 12 piece meal. Got my ticket and sat down. I read lips, your ladies stood up front talking crap about me being in there with my son. One (the shoter one nose ring) tell's the other one I left my husband for the man I was with. I've never been married. Man I was with was my son. I don't know these ladies. My son then tells me this shorter lady took a picture of us. I'm not sure who this lady thought I was. Then we get our chicken I go home. All the flipping chicken is raw, whatever I Air fry it the rest of the way. Then for my family only bite into a over garliced chicken, the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were over salted, the only thing that wasn't messed up was the coleslaw. I couldn't eat what I even brought due to health reasons. But then my family couldn't even eat it, is this due to me being with my son? Because someone thought they knew me? All of this will make me never order from whites. $39.10 and the only be able to eat one side. It also took 35 minutes for my order to even be ready. Smh I'm not sure what you allow to happen in your store. But the pettyness of the workers here posing my family with over seasons is absolutely absurd. I'm not who they thought I was, but then how everything worked out sure showed me right? Next time I'll find a place that won't...

First and foremost the chicken here is the best I’ve ever had and the customer service is superb.

Story time. I found out the morning of my event that my chicken order from another company never got processed so I was going to be chickenless for my event. I frantically was calling everyone in the area and got the same reply that they need a minimum of 24 hour notice. That was until I called Whites. When I called them I explained what I needed (40 piece mixed chicken) and when I needed it. I then asked if they could handle it. The lady in the phone said that if I needed it they could have it ready for me well before I needed it with no notice. Needless to say I was blown away by her willingness to meet my need. I immediately placed my order to be ready at a certain time and it was ready within minutes of the desired time. Now let me tell you the further I drive back home with the smell of the chicken radiating from the back seat the more I wanted to reach back there and nab a piece to nibble on. I refrained and made it to the event with all 40 pieces. Lol. Everyone at the event thoroughly loved the chicken and many stated it typed anything they ever had.

To wrap up my longest google review I will say this I will definitely without a doubt be using them again for my chicken needs.

Side note - they do have a full menu though I haven’t tried anything other than chicken and their beans (amazing brand as well) I would definitely suggest checking them...
