I tend to order food from here a lot because it’s close to my job. When it comes to delivery, they leave stuff out my order and once they literally forgot to give my a whole 2nd order of their nibblers sandwiches. Take out, they sometimes tend to forget sauce in my bag but that’s about it. (They need to clean inside better, the floor stays filthy alongside the drink machine area!) Dine in? I’d rather not. When it comes to quality of my food? These folks are really stingy with the seasoning on their fries and the fries in general! Sauce included! There’s literally too much space in the To-go box that ain’t even half full!! The bread they give isn’t Texas toast! It cheap almost damn near butter less piece of regular toast. Also the chicken sizes are sometimes regular but every other time ARE NOT worth the prize they selling it at much less the entire plate! The only thing that’s okay more than most of the time is the salad. The chicken bacon ranch loaded fries??? They should be ashamed how it ain’t much of nothing in the small box that give in comparison to the Zaxby’s in Madison, MS. Prices went up but nothing happened about quality. Won’t deny that at least the food is fully cooked and fresh. (For the most part. Their salads aren’t always 100% freshly made and neither is their fries.) As a matter of fact, the manager sits there looking at everybody in line waiting as they stood around reatocking and talking while waiting on orders from the cook for the drive thru including the young lady working the front counter. They didn't even acknowledge the inside customers who where waiting. However, I will say that once it was our turn(the inside counter customers) the young lady did address and apologize for the wait(and it was ridiculously long) and took everyone order. Once the orders where placed it didn't take as long to receive our food. It it had not been for my son who I was treating to Zaxbys that night they wouldn't have gotten my time nor money. I was just stunned at how the manager handled the whole matter. She acted as a new or lazy worker that don't know what to do when short staffed or when it get business busy. After placing a mobile order for traditional wings n things, and traditional wings meal, I went through the drive through to pick up around 2:49 PM. When I arrived home to eat with my 6 yo daughter we noticed that the fries were not only old but burnt. We decided to return to the store for a replacement meal. However, it wasn’t that easy. The manager was rude and dismissive about my request. She was so preoccupied that she would not even stop what she was doing to listen and even walked away as I was speaking about the quality of food I received. The Assistant manager was a little better. She called the GM who after a bit of discussion reluctantly agreed to replace my two meals.
