Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Jackson

My son's 4th birthday party was terrible. My party was on a Friday night. The store was not busy at all and we were the only party present. My server was not present the entire party. I had to find her every time I needed something. When she brought pizza to my table she left and I had to serve my own pizza. When more children arrived at the party I had to find her and ask for more tokens. About 30 mins later I still hadn't recieved my tokens. I asked again and it took about 20 mins to recieve them. The server then told me she was frustrated because nobody else was doing their jobs and she was doing everything. She told me nobody was there to get in the Chuck e cheese costume. When it was time to sing Happy birthday the server asked me did I have a lighter and she had to find one. When it was time to cut the cake she asked me if I wanted a knife and left to find one. She never turned with the knife. I had to use a plastic knife and cut and serve my own cake. I then asked to talk to the manager. He listened to my complaints then asked l told me I could pay for 7 kids instead of 9 and would recieve a guest pass for free pizza and tokens. I didn't think this was sufficient because of the terrible service I received. He said it was all he could do. I asked for the corporate number to call. When it was time to pay I was rung up for 9 kids. I was told I only had to pay for 7. The manager then said I had to pay for all 9 because he gave me the guest pass, but the first time I was told I would recieve both. I gave the establishment and my server bad reviews. After my server noticed her bad review she had an attitude with me and my guest. This was the worst experience ever and I will no longer visit Chuck e. Cheese. I deserve some kind of refund for this horrible service. I could have hosted my child's party at home if I wanted to...

Chuck E. Cheese was fun for my daughter's birthday party. The table was set up with her name. There were a lot of games for kids of all ages, even the adults that came enjoyed the games. The "claw" game was great, I felt like anyone can win a prize. They even had one for candy. Some of the games were out of order or stop working but the staff came through and worked on it. However, my daughter has always talked about meeting Chuck. Chuck did not seem very enthusiastic, he did not seem energized, he did not perform like I expected, seems like he did not want to be there. I mean, it was for a few minutes, the staff was more energetic than he was. The manager lady that was there was very friendly with the kids. But I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in Chucks performance. Even our hostess Adajah politely went to get him to be in the picture while we sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, he stood away like he did not want to be there. All in all, I think it was worth the money, the pizza was great. I had to buy more to continue to enjoy, the rest of the staff was friendly. I have to give the greatest thank you to ADAJAH. She is the reason for a higher star rating. I might not be spelling her name right but she made sure we were straight from the time we met her until we left. She made sure we were good and had everything we need, she answered all of my questions and she was just the best! She should be the hostess of the month and deserve a Bonus Check for being friendly, helpful and making the Chuck E Cheese experience a great one despite of the disappointing Chuck E Cheese show. I enjoyed the dance because of the staff members and the manager that was out there. We will be visiting again because it was a great experience for both adults...

I had coupon for extra large pizza. The manager stated that the coupon didn't work but insured me she tell them to make it a extra large pizza. The pizza came out and it was a large. I had to found the manager to let her.I received a large instead of an extra large pizza. She tells me they out of the extra large dough, and I guess she thought that would have been end of that. She didn't say well we out of the extra large but I can make a small pizza or another large pizza since I did suggested it to you. This is not good customer services at all! I mention to her again while walking out the door then she begin tell me they don't even accept that type of coupon. The coupon was on their site so that part I didn't get. She was so busy flirting with the guy at the door instead of making this situation right. This lady was a manager which really made the situation worse. I only gave 3 stars simply cause my kids enjoyed their selves. Yes Chuck E Cheese has approved with the games but please approve with management first and most importantly customer services.
