Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach

Do not come to the store !!! I used to go to the store a lot, At the time of me going to the store, there was a different store manager that was running the store. It’s been a few months since I’ve been here but wow!!! The amount of change that happened. I don’t even want to give a star, but I have to in order to do a review.

The first time I came into the store There was a woman manager working And she reeked what I guess is marijuana. The store was hot. So I just walked down instead of Ordering. Because why do I wanna sit there in the heat and order Food from someone that’s under the influence of drugs while working I lord hope that is not the new store manager because that is so unprofessional. And a downgrade from what the original store manager was. The atmosphere is completely change. There is no liveliness. There’s no customer service. It’s just a transaction. Let’s not mention the when I walk into the store my shoes were sticking to the floor. My hands are sticking to the wall and my hair actually stuck to the chairs. The smell of marijuana when you walk into the store. Just amplify because of the heat of the Store.

Gave the Store a second chance so I come back in today. Where there was a lovely gentleman who had a great customer service I’ve order with him before. So what made me feel like I needed to voice my opinion is the audacity that y’all have as a company and as the new store manager to allow a pregnant woman to work when there is absolutely no AC in that store. Ya’ll results was to get a fan and put it over the Area where the pizza ingredients are and where pizza where getting made. So she doesn’t pass out. But still the environment that used to be there is no longer there and the cleanliness that used to be there is no longer there.

Upon asking the ship lead on hand, where was the store manager so I may complain to her he told me that she does not work today. Which is fine, but then I asked about the old store manager status and he said that he was re-transferred to a different location on mandarin side. You have lost a customer I will no longer be taking my business to Pizza Hut. I will be going to Domino’s or Papa John’s. Pizza Hut, you need...

Of the main franchise pizza franchise Trifecta (since I was a kid loving Pizza Inn) - Domino's, Papa John's, & Pizza Hut - Pizza Hut pan Pizza has been my fave. I've bren patronizing them for 30 years@ BUT MY WORD the management at my local PH - w/ GM Tori Lahman is utterly atrocious. Previously, If my order is wrong I contact the restaurant to simply bring the issue to their attention. We're talking bungled untouched WRONG OR UNSATISFACTORY orders- Not "Hey its 30 minutes late:...or "I live a block away & it's cold" - we're talking burnt Big New Yorkers, old cold wings that aren't actually wings but wing pieces w/ no chosen flavor/sauce, etc. And Tori Lahman was basically like "eff you" click & hangs up. I tried unsuccessfully to replace a wrong order that arrived botched but was delivered after, or close to closing time & was unable to reach the restaurant by phone immediately, so I sent corporate feedback & per their instructions contacted the store to bring it to their attention offering to bring the untouched horrible wrong order back, to offer them the opportunity to correct & replace the untouched food for the correct . I may have cut some random cashier or cook some slack w/ a simple acknowledgement for insure myself & other payinh patrons would have a better experience next visit. This Egregious excuse for a GM was a level of rude that was utterly reprehenible! I offered to send a pic & bring the food back. So make sure if you have an issue & prefer to not be yelled at or hung out on mitiple times you don't go to Pizza Hut Jax Beach..Domino's has...

Absolutely terrible pizza. It’s odd because you would think Pizza Hut would send corporate to verify the quality of the pizza being made at their establishments around the World, but it really seems this particular pizza joint on Third Street has been overlooked by their quality control team. It is just atrocious. The staff is lackluster. It seems like they don’t want to be there and this is probably why the food they’re preparing is garbage. I don’t recommend anyone ever going to this particular Pizza Hut. There’s a Domino’s on Third Street that produces decent pizza and there is a Biggie’s almost across the street from that Domino’s. Those are a better (not great) alternatives. Further down the road on the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Third Street is a pizza joint called “Al’s Pizza” which also has many other locations around the city of Jacksonville.
