A1+ Customer Service. I would give 10 stars to this Arby's location. As we ALL know, professional customer care experiences are at an ALL TIME LOW especially since living through the COVID pandemic.
I went through Drive-Thru for lunch. The announcer was professional, welcoming, and used a very warm and pleasant tone of voice to greet me. As I placed my order he confirmed my order and politely announced my total and asked me to pull forward to pay for my order. He then greeted me with a warm smile, confirmed my total again and encouraged me to have a great day.
I explained that I would return because I needed to get lunch for my coworker. Minutes later after I returned, I was greeted AGAIN with another professional, polite, and welcoming tone of voice. She also confirmed my order and asked me to pull forward. Once again I was greeted with a smile from the previous employee that serviced me the first time.
I was so elated to receive such AWESOME service, I asked to speak with the manager. When the manager approached the window, I learned that she was the second professional, polite, and welcoming voice I heard.
I had to commend them on SUCH AWESOME CUSTOMER CARE! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO visit this location JUST FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE ALONE.
TO ADD TO the experience, my food was HOT, FRESH, AND ACCURATE and I had enough napkins with the desired condiments.

Read moreI have a limited amount of time allotted for my lunch break during my long work day. I chose Arby's because it is conveniently located near my workplace and the Grand Turkey Club is one of my favorite sandwiches of all time. I placed my order (Grand Turkey Club) at the drive-thru and the person who took my order was very pleasant. I arrived back at work with 10 minutes left with which to eat my sandwich. As soon as I took the first bite of my sandwich a large amount of mayonnaise plopped into my lap and the sandwich almost completely fell apart because of the extremely excessive amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich. It was literally all I could taste from that point out. Having no other recourse but to eat my sandwich or go hungry for the remainder of the day, I did manage to finish eating it. However, it was extremely difficult as the sandwich continued to come undone and I could not take a bite without the fillings falling out, after which I would have to reconstruct the sandwich again and again. In addition to the horrible excess of mayo, there was very little lettuce as well as a complete lack of Swiss cheese and bacon. Over the past year or two I have kept coming back to Arby's a few times a month for this sandwich despite the fact that the quality of the Grand Turkey Club has declined (dwindling turkey portions, leaf lettuce being replaced with shredded) because I love it so much. Read moreI’ve always loved this location! I’ve been coming back here for over 10 years! I am a big fan of Arby’s so I am definitely a frequent flyer when it comes to the king of roast beef! However, for the past several months I’ve noticed a dip on the customer service, particularly in the evenings! Sometimes the staff is very unpleasant and somewhat snappy while I’m trying to place my order! What really enraged me one evening is when my brother and I were placing a order and the employee who was taking our order was very aggressively rude, but my brother and I don’t like confrontation so we excused it and waited patiently for our food. Upon the employee shoving our order over to my brother aggressively, he made a comment about the Bronco berry dipping sauce that comes with the jalapeno poppers, last time he visited this location they forgot to place it with his order, so he playfully asks the employee “is the bronco sauce in the bag ma’am, last y’all accidentally forgot it” , and she screams, “it’s in the bag!!” We were disgusted and horrified, so we just checked once we pulled out of line, and thankfully it was , but the service is really dodgy, especially in the evening. I sure hope the staff feels better so we can have a better experience at our favorite roast beef...
