First time ordering and it was horrible. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks and a salad. After receiving only a grilled chicken sandwich that was cold, I called as I was charged $12.99 .. yes one expensive sandwich right. Needless to say the owner answered and was extremely rude, barely gave myself a chance to speak. Stated she had been doing this for 30 years and she knew what she was doing. She didn't offer to any way to fix the issue.
